Ryan called me when he was on his way, arriving when promised. He inspected my garage door, explained what was going on and gave me choices as to how we would proceed to fix the problem, along with pricing. He then performed the repair within the time given. Afterwards, he explained completely and showed me what he had done, answering all of my questions. And then told me how to reach someone if I had any further questions or problems. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

My wife remembered seeing your Tv commercial and suggested I call to have our garage door repaired. As usual she was right and we were scheduled to have our garage door repaired the same day. Can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door Service and the excellent service we received from service tech (Jerry) who was very friendly, professional and extremely competent. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and will definitely refer you guys to everyone I know who is in need of garage door service or repairs. From our first call on a Thursday to set up an appointment, the gentleman from Precision Central PA was kind,helpful and expeditious. The first technician, Henry, arrived within a couple hours to access the situation. Henry was very kind a d knowledgeable. We set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a snowy day. We received a courtesy call ft to let us know the tech may be running a bit late due to the weather. However, we soon received a call from Zach to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving in a half hour if we agreed. Zach did a great job installing a new motor and system to replace our 40 plus year old system. Zach was very kind pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with Precision all around! We love our new motor system remotes! Thank you for a Great job Precision!

Our service call to Precision was placed on a Sunday morning. Appropriate information was provided to them and repair was scheduled for Monday morning. The technician arrived on schedule, reviewed our problem with us and gave us three repair options with prices, not estimates. The work that was performed required a great deal of skill and knowledge and could not have been performed by a homeowner. Don't watch the YouTube videos and think you can do the repair yourself. A new spring was installed along with nylon roller guides and cables. The repair work was completed in two and one half hours. Pricing was upfront. No changes. No additions. Great job!

I was in my garage doing some work and the original cable " that came with my home I'm the 2nd owner " snapped and whipped my hat off my head, I'm lucky and safe, thank God, so I was looking for someone to do the work I had priced out 3 companies to do the work, Precision was quick to respond with extremely kind knowledgeable conversation from " Jeremy Mayer door designer ", they beat out the competition, and "Rick door installer " was outstanding, kind and knowledgeable also excellent workmanship I would and will recommend Precision to all.

I bought a brand new garage door five years ago and the spring snapped last week. Of course, the warranty is only 3 years long, so I had to pay over $1,000 to fix it "right" this time. The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. He admitted that the spring originally installed with the garage door was undersized (the door is insulated and heavy) and he upgraded them significantly this time. This is a poor reflection on your business if you will install a door with substandard hardware that fails in 5 years... conveniently 2 years after the warranty expires.
