Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!

Their Customer Service is fantastic. From scheduling to the technician to the supervisor. I was able to get on the schedule the following afternoon, the technician (Henry) called multiple times to keep me updated on his arrival, very considerate of my time. The unit is only a year and a half old, and he quickly troubleshot the issue to the control board not providing power to the safety eyes. Neither part (control board or safety-eye sensors) is covered by the lifetime warranty (motor and belt only). However, he worked with his supervisor Chip and they were generous enough to cover the panel (which only has a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer). I ended up paying for the service call only ($79) not for labor or a new control board, which was very much appreciated. This kind of customer service is why I pay the service fee and stay with this company. I've had 3 technicians provide service over the last year and a half and they are all superb. I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. In my case, I needed someone who can fix my garage door closer. Once again, based on customer positive ratings and comments, I selected Precision Garage Door. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and voila, problem fixed. Chad was very courteous and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He described the cause of the problem and readily answered all my questions on preventive maintenance. If I encounter other performance issues with my garage doors, Precision Garage Door Services, will be my go to guy in the future! I highly recommend them!
