The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. I googled garage door repair near me and saw Precision. I went online and easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here by 830. He called me at 8 to give me his ETA. Chad was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of wear, but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I won't need Google again for garage door repair. I'll only call Precision.

So it's 4:30 Sunday afternoon and I've just discovered the main spring on the garage door snapped freaking my wife and dogs out. TO the internet I go to find someone who could repair. Precision comes up in my search and has 1500 reviews with 5-stars. Gotta be true since it's on the internet huh. I made the call and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady. I explained the situation and asked when someone would be able to come out. I was interested in either repair of what I have or replacement of the entire system. It was 25 years old. To my surprised she said "How about tomorrow at 8am???" Sign me up!!! Next morning Chad is onsite to assess the situation. Told him I was open to all options. After his assessment he gave me 4 potions. I asked what the lead time was and he responded "I can do it all today." Holy crap folks...lol I picked my choice of options and he went to work. 5 hours later....I am parking my Jeep and wife's car back in the garage with new lifts, replaced rollers, springs, etc....for BOTH of the doors. Figured might as well fix it all. Most likely the easiest 5 start rating I have given. Professionalism and customer service were through the roof. Would highly recommend.

Chad was exceptional. He arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time frame, calling in advance. After inspection, provided 3 options/estimates then proceeded with the installation option chosen. He answered all questions and fully explained updates and operations. Highly recommend!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after reading the highly rated reviews on a Google search. One great review was posted by my neighbor. Mr. Chad Lahue and his partner were exceptional from their call to inform me of their time of arrival to their repair of my loose garage door opener chain. When I asked what preventative maintenance I could perform, they showed me how to lubricate the metal door rollers. I also asked about the App MyQ for my LiftMaster opener and they went through the steps to install it on my cell phone. One lasting impression they left with me was their smiles showing they enjoyed their work!

I was very pleased with the service that Precision Door did for us. I called the day after Christmas around 8:30 am, and a tech was at our home by 10:00 am. The tech, Chad, called and said when he was on his way. Chad was very professional. He asked some questions about our door, explained what work would be done and went over the estimate of cost. Upon approval, Chad completed the job of replacing the door spring. Chad was such a pleasure to work with through the entire process. I would highly recommend Chad and Precision Door.

Precision Garage Doors was great today! Our car was being held hostage in our garage, & our regular company couldn't come until Friday ( today is Monday). They send you a picture of who's coming (great idea!).
