Terrible communication. I have not had them attempt to reach me since we placed our order, not one time. We ordered our door 11 weeks ago, and I have not had a single person call me. I have had to initiate ALL communication, and at that we still don't know when our garage doors are due to come in (not even an estimated date). It has been 11 weeks since we ordered the doors.

I was very happy with the service that I received. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He told me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the parts ordered. The technician told me how to close the garage door both with and without the use o9f the motor, so I can secure it at night.

Precision was wonderful to work with. They were at our house on a Sunday afternoon just an hour after booking an appointment online. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They gave different levels of options for how to best address the problem at different price points. They warrantied our repairs for 10 years. Excellent customer service.

Setting an appointment was easy and timely. Blake, the technician that did the work was outstanding. Was on time, very efficient and professional. Would not hesitate to use Precision service again. More companies should follow this business model and hire employees such as Blake, could not have expected a better outcome. To be honest, whatever Blake is being paid its probably not enough. Thanks

I took advantage of Precision's offer of a relatively low cost garage door inspection of the completely new, replacement garage door Precision installed 2 years ago. I purchased the best garage door available after my 18-year-old garage door all but collapsed. It was very inconvenient to not be able to use my old garage door for an extended period while the replacement door parts meeting my condo association's requirements were being ordered (i.e., the matching color, number of panels and the positions of windows in the garage door). The pleasant Precision technician (Blake) checked everything in my garage door system, found a few minor adjustments that were needed and made the adjustments, and lubricated everything. I will sleep better tonight.

Why does everything break on Friday evening? Well, thank goodness for Precision Door. Came out Saturday morning and replaced the springs and rollers. Chad was great. Explained the work and provided us with options. After repairs, door worked like new. Great job!

The single torsion spring broke last night and dropped the door hard. Kenny showed up on time and provided a recommendation based on experience. He showed me the wear and tear that the 20+ years of use provided. We chose to proactively replace the opener along with moving to two tension springs which is more appropriate for the double door plus replacing all of the rollers and cables and moving the inside closer button to a better location. The doom is incredibly quiet for the first time ever. Total time was around two hours start to finish as he carried all parts with him. Excellent experience & would definitely recommend using Precision again for any garage door repairs!

Our garage door opener had malfunctioned on a Saturday, and our car was “imprisoned.” A call late Saturday led to a midday Sunday appointment and Henry took care of our issue in a relatively short time. My garage door was in need of repairs, making an unusual noise. I contacted Precision Garage Door, and they came to see what the problem was. They were very professional and courteous. Andonia explained the pros and cons and helped guide me through the process that could correct the problem. I appreciated the fact that no pressure was applied in making a decision. I am looking forward to having a new door installed. After 30 + years, it is time to upgrade.
