Randy Hornberger was very courteous, professional and explained the inspection report, which he performed. He replaced all the rollers on the door and adjusted the bottom cable attachments. He then replaced the 18'6" bottom seal and the 7' white molding that was torn. He also explained thoroughly all that he did. We are very satisfied with his work ethic and would recommend Randy and Precision Door Company.

When we had an unexpected failure of one of our garage door springs, we researched all of the garage door companies in our area and, based upon the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews, chose to schedule the repairs with Precision Door. We were not disappointed with the decision. From the ease of online scheduling, excellent communication, prompt service, and a highly skilled technician in Randy Hornberger, our service appointment was top notch. Randy called to confirm he was on the way and arrived on time as promised. He immediately explained the process he would follow beginning with an overall technical and safety inspection, then determine the options for repairs. He was very courteous and thorough, making it easy to understand his recommended repair options, and make choices for the work to be done. He then completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated and reviewed the finished product. The new spring and rollers now have the repaired door operating far better than when it was originally installed. We elected to add new rollers to the second door to give it some additional life, knowing that a future spring replacement is most likely in the future. Overall, we give very high marks to Precision Door and to Randy, and will definitely call them again for any garage door work.

Really don’t wanna write a review because I don’t think it’d be fair because I know you guys don’t have control over motors or maybe you do but I wasn’t really too happy with having to put out $360 after a little over a year and a half to get a new motor put in because the other one took a crap otherwise the door is working fine and the workmanship was good On door was good and the tech that replaced motor very good

We called Precision on a Friday night on a holiday weekend and they came out the very next morning. Randy diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to remedy the problem. Repair was outstanding! Had old two vertical spring system with multiple broken cords and very worn pulleys replaced with single horizential spring and only two cable system installed. Old system was loud and very worn. Tech showed me issue's and explained it all. Repaired quickly and professionally. New system is quite and solid. All moving parts replaced except garage door opener and door. Complete replacement of worn parts. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you. Did i mention the 10 year warranty.

Garage door spring broke. The opener was always really loud. I saw your ads on TV, so I called Precision. This happened late Saturday. I got scheduled for 1st thing on Monday. I was sent a notice on my laptop and my phone confirming the time and date. They even sent me a picture of the tech that would show up. I wasn’t expecting that. Very reassuring. Dalton, the tech, called and told us when he would be here. He showed up right on time. He checked out everything, and gave us several options. No pressure. We picked out what we thought was best. 2 hours later he was done. He showed us how to operate everything. Dalton is definitely a people person. Very friendly. Strangest thing happened. 5 minutes after Dalton started, a Precision ad was on the TV. To our surprise, Dalton was in the ad. It was as if it was a sign we were doing the right thing. We got new springs, openers, cables and rollers. Can’t say enough good things about Dalton. If your other techs are like him, your company is in good hands. Wish I could give more stars because everything about the experience was tremendous! Less than a half hour of making the call about the issue, I received a call from their service technician that he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Quick and accurate diagnosis about the problem, but also about other problems that would arise in the future. Install of new Door springs, rollers, and frayed cables, new door opener, new outside keypad and other issues took maybe three (3) hours. Randy Hornberger, the technician, was also considerate, conversational and very knowlegeable. He also was very thorough with the install, but worked like a man on a mission. Definitely recommend for all aspects of the experience with Precision Garage Door Service!

We first contacted Precision Door Service because of a broken garage door spring. But, because of the age of our doors (35 years) we decided to replace them.
