I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Excellent same day service.

Our garage door was not staying closed. We checked all the usual things on our own, and it didn't solve the problem, so we decided we needed an expert. After a Google search, we called Precision Garage Door Service, which had great reviews. They sent someone out within just a few hours, which was amazing! Cody arrived at our home and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained what the issues were and presented us with several options for fixing it. We made our decision, and he installed a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, and wall control unit. We had a smooth (and oh so QUIET) functioning garage door in no time! He even installed a keypad outside our garage, so we can open the garage that way, which is a huge convenience for our kiddo to get in the house after school. He helped us install the app to use for the door as well, which notifies me anytime the door is opened or closed, or if someone is detected in the garage. The new opener even has a camera on it and shows me footage of any garage activity on the app. I felt like a kid at Christmas time after Cody left! I never knew a garage door could bring me so much joy, but I am absolutely in love with the door now. I look forward to going out in my car now just so I can operate the garage door, LOL! When it's time to replace our other garage door opener, we'll definitely be using Precision again. The entire experience from the first phone call to the completion of the repair was fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I came home around 9:00 on Thursday night and could not get into our garage. A neighbor helped me lift open the door so we could get my wife's car out of the garage as she had an early morning appointment the next day. The neighbor helped me look up garage door companies and the reviews for Precision were excellent. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The technician, Ryan Dugan, was in contact with us about when he would arrive. Ryan evaluated the problem, presented 3 options and explained each option to us in detail. My garage door was having a problem: it would not stay closed. I could not solve the problem, so I called Precision Door. They scheduled a service call for the next day. I was contacted by a service technician the next day, who identified himself and gave me the time when he would be there. About an hour before he arrived, he sent a picture of himself, and a link to a Web page which showed his position as he traveled to my home. Upon arrival, he immediately began working on the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I appreciated his professional attitude and technical expertise.

Precision really came through on my garage door repair: the customer service was friendly, they promptly fit me in the techs schedule. The technician (Kody) was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered options for same day repair. A short time later my door was back in working order. Two thumbs up!

Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed.
