Justin is another one of our best here at Precision Door. He’s a Pennsylvania native, but lived in South Carolina for 8 years, sharing his multifaceted expertise across multiple regions. He came to us as an already seasoned tradesman after working as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor since 2013. Justin’s abilities in the field come naturally due to his passion for what he does. The diversity that each day brings and his ability to meet new people at each home keeps every moment of his job new and exciting. Justin would like to specifically note how thankful he is for his amazing wife Danae and son James who are always by his side. If he is not fixing your garage door, you can find him in the great outdoors and spending time with family. Justin cannot wait to show you the quality service you deserve.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was. He's a great technician with a great company!

Well, I picked Precision because it was closest to my house. Haha. But I had the best experience! From scheduling to completion it was great to work with Precision. Justin was fantastic From diagnostics, and explaining the issues to me, to actually doing the work, he was first class. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. All 3 of my garage doors work silky smooth now. Thanks Justin! I have one more garage door that will need addressed in the future and I would love to have Justin work on it. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day after my garage door motor failed. My technician for installing a new door motor, springs, rollers, outdoor pad, etc was Justin Cooney and I cannot say enough good things about him! THOUGH THE SERVICE I NEEDED WAS A REPAIR, IT WAS ACTUALLY MAJOR SURGERY. JUSTIN AND CHAD HANDLED THE OPERATION WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY. JUSTIN AND CHAD ARE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS, AFFABLE, AND PUNCTUAL. THE JOB WAS EXTENSIVE {EVERY PART EXCEPT THE DOOR ITSELF - A VERY LARGE DOOR - WAS REPLACED AND REMOUNTED}, BUT JUSTIN EXPLAINED WELL THE NECESSITY FOR EVERY CHANGE. NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and reliable service. If you ever find yourself stuck like I was, I highly recommend Jason at Precision Doors. Top-notch service and a true lifesaver!

Very happy with the service from Precision. Had a Cable snap on our garage door and was able to schedule an appt. online very easy. Appreciated that within 48 hours we had an appt. and problem was resolved. Ended up replacing entire opener since it was old. Technician/installer was so friendly and did a fantastic job. I had a very general understanding about garage openers and did not want to go through the run around with people who were upcharging me on products I did not need and I also wanted the mindfulness of having a reliable contact in case anything did go wrong. Precision was the first and only number I called when going through this process and everything went smoothly - from the initial call to get set up (BTW the best hold music of ALL TIME) to having Justin Cooney come out and explain and install the two door garage openers. Justin Cooney was the technician accompanied by Ty, who was attentively listening and learning. Both were very courteous, professional and easy to converse with, answering any questions I had. It was easy to give the okay on the installation of a new door. Zach Shambaugh was here only two days later and did a splendid job. He tried my existing motor first, in an effort to save me some money, but when it was apparent a new motor was needed I had no problem with that. I can’t believe how much quieter the new belt driven motor is, even with my hearing aids in! LOL Zach also made an interesting comment. That he not only liked his job, but he also enjoyed the people he worked with. That was exemplified by all three of these young men. As a retired teacher and current battlefield guide here at Gettysburg, these are qualities I like to see. Well done Precision!

Precision door did an excellent job repairing the broken spring in my garage door this was the second time that I had precision door out to repair my garage door. I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Mr. Van Dam, On December 21 I contacted Precision Garage Door Service in order to resolve several problems I was having with my garage door opener. After scheduling the appointment, I was contacted telephonically by one of your technicians Mr. Justin Cooney. Justin advised that he would be arriving at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival Justin performed a thorough inspection of my unit and took the time to explain the problems he found. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and in fact, I purchased a brand new unit. Justin made the entire experience a pleasure. As a retired Federal Government employee who worked in customer service, I know and appreciate excellent customer service. Justin is a great asset to your company and if allowed, I would have awarded him a ten star rating. Rest assured that because of Justin, when my unit needs an annual inspection or any repairs, I will be contacting Precision Garage Door Service.
