Response time was very prompt, about 2 1/2 hours. Had trouble with the automatic door closing and tech. Justin did a dialysis and found I needed new springs and cables. After new install everything worked fine. Would recommend this company.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief.
