Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. Response time was very prompt, about 2 1/2 hours. Had trouble with the automatic door closing and tech. Justin did a dialysis and found I needed new springs and cables. After new install everything worked fine. Would recommend this company.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer!
