I had a broken spring and felt like I would have been smacked in the face if I tried to fix it myself. I call Precision - these guys are great based on the following. 1) Time to book appointment and availability of appointment was easy and quick. 2) Update from technician who came early was appreciated. 3) Dalton the technician explained everything well and gave me quick fix or full fix options. He wasn't salesy and was very informative 4) Price was better than the other two places who finally called me back after Dalton@Precision left. Thanks!

I have used precision garage service before and was told the motor was old then and was on its way out so I happy with the results. So when my garage door stopped working I didn’t hesitate to call.
