Dalton arrived early and was waiting for me when I got home. He was extremely pleasant and understanding that we had to drive up a hill to get to the barn. He appraised the door and provided me options, including what extra parts and actions could keep the door in good working order. Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous.
