Dalton, came out same day and diagnosed my garage door issues. He assessed the situation quickly and made three recommendations with a price, and how long the parts had warranty. Incredibly fast response. After I called, the assigned tech (Dalton) contacted me within a few minutes and said he would arrive in about 30 minutes. Two hours later he was done and I had a brand garage door opener installed. Done right, at a fair price in an insanely quick manner.

John was prompt and courteous. He told me what needed to be fixed and presented me with three options. He didn't pressure me to do any of the options that he presented. First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

Really don’t wanna write a review because I don’t think it’d be fair because I know you guys don’t have control over motors or maybe you do but I wasn’t really too happy with having to put out $360 after a little over a year and a half to get a new motor put in because the other one took a crap otherwise the door is working fine and the workmanship was good On door was good and the tech that replaced motor very good

Precision fixed our garage door many years ago - spring, rollers, and cables. They did a great job then so when the door opener broke this weekend we called them again. Steven was our technician. Just like last time our appointment time was 10 - 12. Steven called at 9:45 and was here promptly at 10. He went to work right away, finishing around 11:30. Fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were told that our technician the from the first appointment is now the Tech Manager. Clearly the company hires and maintains staff with a great work ethic and professionalism. We won't go anywhere else. Thanks again!

Garage door spring broke. The opener was always really loud. I saw your ads on TV, so I called Precision. This happened late Saturday. I got scheduled for 1st thing on Monday. I was sent a notice on my laptop and my phone confirming the time and date. They even sent me a picture of the tech that would show up. I wasn’t expecting that. Very reassuring. Dalton, the tech, called and told us when he would be here. He showed up right on time. He checked out everything, and gave us several options. No pressure. We picked out what we thought was best. 2 hours later he was done. He showed us how to operate everything. Dalton is definitely a people person. Very friendly. Strangest thing happened. 5 minutes after Dalton started, a Precision ad was on the TV. To our surprise, Dalton was in the ad. It was as if it was a sign we were doing the right thing. We got new springs, openers, cables and rollers. Can’t say enough good things about Dalton. If your other techs are like him, your company is in good hands. I will tell all my friends about your company. Thanks a lot.

i would give 5 star on the work . but the doors are 10 years old each front door were never opened more than 5 times, rear door twice a year. i do not live there so why would i put openers on the doors thankyou
