Do not get pressured by anyone and if there saying they can great any price trust me. I called a place this morning that said free estimates well the guy coming out was literally trying to sell me a motor over the phone before he even came out and said when he comes out I'll charge this for this service and again he hadn't when been here so red flag on the call. Called these guys right away instantly knew something was not right with the first call so they came out late in the day after working in this heat also! Oh and I knew right when he would arrive because if the tracker link they text you, ok now this is professional.. Dante gets here we look he presented me with options and he went above and beyond to get into my budget and fix everything needed to get me working again. I'm so very thankful I found this company and I believe a few new friends after we shared some conversation. Honestly this was top notch and you won't find better don't bother. Thanks gentlemen 5 stars all the way around from the call to the shake leaving once you were done.

Had an opener fail on a Sunday. I booked service on line and the technicians arrived early. We talked thru replacement options and ended up replacing both openers. Very friendly and efficient as both openers were replaced, operating and walk thru in about 90 minutes.

I reached out to Precision on Monday afternoon with a non emergency issue and was able to schedule a service call for 10:00 AM Tuesday morning. Excellent start to finish! I used their website to research their service, set a time for an appointment 3 hours later, received a call that they were already in the area and had Blake at my door 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the issues, presented 3 options and had by selection done in another hour. He replaced the motor, switched out the wheel, lubed the wheels and wire and installed the remote in another 45 minutes. It works great and has less than 1/2 of the noise of my former lift master.

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

We were experiencing problems with our double-wide garage door and came home one afternoon to find that it would not open. I called Precision Door that evening and they had a service technician come out the very next morning. Blake Fischer called in advance to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and courteous throughout the whole service call, explaining all my options in detail. He performed a technician inspection which revealed the problem as well as opportunities to replace worn parts. He completed the repair in a relatively short time and replaced the garage door motor and belts. Garage door works like brand new.
