Excellent start to finish! I used their website to research their service, set a time for an appointment 3 hours later, received a call that they were already in the area and had Blake at my door 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the issues, presented 3 options and had by selection done in another hour. He replaced the motor, switched out the wheel, lubed the wheels and wire and installed the remote in another 45 minutes. It works great and has less than 1/2 of the noise of my former lift master.

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it.
