Had an opener fail on a Sunday. I booked service on line and the technicians arrived early. We talked thru replacement options and ended up replacing both openers. Very friendly and efficient as both openers were replaced, operating and walk thru in about 90 minutes.

This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. Excellent start to finish! I used their website to research their service, set a time for an appointment 3 hours later, received a call that they were already in the area and had Blake at my door 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the issues, presented 3 options and had by selection done in another hour. He replaced the motor, switched out the wheel, lubed the wheels and wire and installed the remote in another 45 minutes. It works great and has less than 1/2 of the noise of my former lift master.

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

We were experiencing problems with our double-wide garage door and came home one afternoon to find that it would not open. I called Precision Door that evening and they had a service technician come out the very next morning. Blake Fischer called in advance to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and courteous throughout the whole service call, explaining all my options in detail. He performed a technician inspection which revealed the problem as well as opportunities to replace worn parts. He completed the repair in a relatively short time and replaced the garage door motor and belts. Garage door works like brand new.

I called Precision two weeks ago to book an estimate for new garage door openers. I placed my call at 9 am and was told that someone would be stopping by to take a look at10! Not only did Ryan and Jerry show up at 10, they actually had four options to choose from in their truck and offered to install my choice that very day! The price was exactly what I anticipated. The guys were pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. They didn’t pressure me into buying something with bells and whistles I didn’t want or need. They were her about 2 or 3 hours and when they were finished, left no debris behind at all. Dakota (Cody) Anderson was very professional and courteous. He arrived well within the time frame and worked with alacrity. Mr. Anderson gave me 3 options and explained their pros and cons. I picked the mid option (replacing springs, cables, rollers, bearings with a 10-year warranty). My garage door was up running as well as new in an hour and a half. I am very happy with the service and results.
