My reason for calling Precision Door was regarding the door making noise especially when going up. The gentleman who made the appointment for the next day was friendly and professional. Justin arrived the next morning on time after calling saying he was on the way. He fixed the problem and explained what he did.He was friendly, respectful and efficient. I’m very pleased with their service.

Precision Garage Door troubleshooted the problem with the door immediately and recommended a cost effective solution. This was shortly after another garage door company came out to repair the door which obviously didn’t work. We called Precision because of their outstanding reputation knowing they would find the solution.

Justing, the technician, is amazing. Very professional and efficient. I was a bit shocked by how much it cost to repair the door as it took less than 2 hours.
