Andy performed a very thorough inspection and recommended a new opener and rollers. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than any garage door we’ve ever had. The technician was very polite. He did an inspection of the Opener and the Door, what the state of the Garage Openor and the door. .The he explained what was needed and the cost correct. I felt he was effecient and cleaned the work area.After the work was completed he explained the operation of the door and the remotes including the set-up of the car remote.

He showed up on time, evaluated the existing condition of both doors, explained what he would recommend, answered all my questions professionally and provided a cost estimate then got to work. Your rep was very helpful, unfortunately, he could not find a remote that was compatible with my existing opener since it was installed in 1992. He did go over some options if I decided to purchase a new system. All I really need at this time is 2 new remotes, since I only have one and I am not really having problems with my garage door opener itself. I will wait and see if I decide to purchase a whole new system.

I had an appointment for a garage door repair. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, we talked and then I decided to get a new door, this was Monday. He called the office and they said they could install it on Thursday and would call me to setup a time to install. I had to call them and now they don't have my standard door in stock so I have to wait 2 weeks for a new door
