Fantastic service,We called the office at 10:30 AM Nick answered our call and told us he had Justin in the area. We set up a time of 2- 4 PM for the repairs . Justin called at 1:40 and told us he was 20 minutes away. He inspected the door and gave us several options for the repairs needed. Justin was very courteous and helpful. Justin completed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner. We are very satisfied and will recommend Precision Door to folks in the future .

I was able to book online next day service for our noisy garage door. Adam arrived on time and was great to work with. He suggested that we switch out our chain driven opener for a belt driven opener. He also recommended some new roller hardware and springs. The end result was very impressive...basically a silent garage door. Better than I imagined. I'm very happy with the service.

Entire experience was excellent. Called at 7am and technician arrived at 8am. Justin was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. Replaced the rollers, springs, bearings, ect, and installed a new opener in a very short time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this company!!! 24/7 service is awesome!!! The technician, Andonia Bennett, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door opener, which was from 1992, went bad. He replaced it with a new opener, and new remotes and even added what I call safety "eyes" to keep the door from accidentally coming down on a thing or a person!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased and the door now works like a charm!!! And, it's a lot quieter!!!

Received a call letting me know they had availability on a Sunday and quickly sent a technician. Henry assessed the situation and presented my options. Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.
