Within 2 hrs. the serviceman was started on replacements, and 1/2 hr. later he was done. He was very courteous and quick. The door looks great and seems a little quieter.

I am elated with the service we received. Precision Garage Door Service exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we interacted was pleasant and courteous At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, or like I was getting a sales pitch The spring on one of our two 20 year old garage doors broke. We called the original installer of the doors, another local but well known company. At 3:25 pm on a Tuesday, they were already closed! We called Precision due to their excellent reputation and their advertising a quick response. In a matter of minutes, we had an appointment for 8 to 10am the very next day for a tech to perform a no cost inspection and estimate. They said it was likely the tech would have everything needed on the truck to complete the repair, should we choose to proceed. Our tech, Dante, called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8. Dante was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation. Due to the age of the doors, I asked him to inspect both. He showed me the components that were showing typical wear for 20 year old doors. There was no sales pitch at all. We discussed several options including just replacing the broken spring. Dante helped us make the choice that was best for us. (That's why the "Service Performed" says Broken Garage Door Spring Repair, but we purchased Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.) The belt drive is SO much quieter than our old screw drive. We love the warranty Precision provides too! Completely satisfied!

Very satisfied with the service. Phone call to the company was answered promptly with service being scheduled for a few hours later. Service tech Justin Cooney arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and diagnosis. Justin listened to us and explained options. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We chose a repair option and Justin got right to work to accomplish a quieter and smoother operating garage door. We noticed many neighbors using this company and glad we chose them. Andy performed a very thorough inspection and recommended a new opener and rollers. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than any garage door we’ve ever had. Very happy with my experience with Precision Garage Door. They replaced an existing uninsulated garage door. It looks great and the work was done in a professional way. The workers were respectful and knew what they were doing. They had to come back to put the side gaskets on a couple days later, but it went smoothly and I am very happy with the new door. I used them instead of others mainly because the sales person who came out was not pushy, and listened to what I said as far as what we were looking to have done. I can not say this about the other companies we got prices from before deciding on on using Precision Garage Door.

Today, July 2nd, an installation technician by the name of Zach Greiman installed two (2) new overhead garage doors. He arrived on time, as a matter of fact, a few minutes early. Despite the garage being over 100 degrees due to the weather, Zach acted in a very professional, energetic, and caring manner. He was very neat, precise, and thorough with the installation. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, more importantly, how to maintain the new doors. He was, by far, one of the best contractors my wife and I have had do any work for us in many years. He, along with the service technician that originally came to work on a problem with the old doors (and who helped me place an order for new doors), made us glad that we chose Precision Garage Door Service.
