My garage door 'slammed' down to the floor last Monday after I put my trash bin out. I called Precision Garage about 9:15 am - he told me a tech would be out between 10am and 12pm. About 30 minutes later, Shane (tech) called to tell me he would be here in 30 minutes - which he was. He assessed the situation, had me move my car out of the garage - after he manually lifted the door - and in 15 minutes told me that a screw had come loose on the arm that carries the door up and down. I told him I had just had Precision install the door and he told me he looked at my account, and it was installed in August of 2024!! I was dumbstruck, because I could not believe it had been a year and a half. He was so nice and polite - told me there was no charge for replacing and repairing - even checked the motor to make sure no damage had occurred when the door hit the floor - I Love this company and the people they hire are superior - Thank You Precision Garage Door - You are a company worth praising and congratulating for going above and beyond!! You have a lifetime fan - and I will always recommend you to friends and family - Awesome Experience!!

I called today and talked to Nick for a service checkup and to check the exterior weather stripping, He had a Tech available Today. Steve Davis came and did the checkup, replaced a few worn things and scheduled the exterior mouldings and weather stripping replacement. The door goes up and down SO QUIETLY Wow, Great Job!!!!

On the initial install of a garage door opener, the the did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with the door. They straighten the tracks and have the door running smooth. Every tech that has been out over the past 4 years have been excellent. The opener itself is poor quality. I've has multiple issues and finally just disconnected it. Great people, poor product!

I selected Precision Garage Door based on its 5 star rating. I’m glad I did as the entire experience was top notch. Everything from appointment scheduling to the final work exceeded my expectations Service Tech Dante did a great job evaluating my two garage door openers and providing his recommendations. In the end, it was my choice to replace both since they were vintage 1997 models even though he suggested just the one. . He recommended replacing it since it was dated 1997. Dante had the material in his service truck and had time to do it, so I agreed to have both openers and associated hardware replaced. Dante was very polite and respectful. He only recommended what needed replaced. I explained the scope and he went to work. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them.

Our torsion spring on the garage door broke this morning. We called and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. Brandon was great! Fixed the door quickly and it was covered under our warranty! They replaced the springs and cables etc several years ago for us. Did a great job then too! Highly recommend!

We highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage issue you may have. We have seen their TV commercial numerous times and gave them a call when one of our doors wouldn't close. When they say on their commercial that they come out quickly and do same day service, that is absolutely true. Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. We could not have had a better experience with this company from beginning to end and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're having an issue, call them. They will exceed expectations.

We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.
