Entire experience was excellent. Called at 7am and technician arrived at 8am. Justin was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. Replaced the rollers, springs, bearings, ect, and installed a new opener in a very short time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this company!!! 24/7 service is awesome!!! The technician, Andonia Bennett, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door opener, which was from 1992, went bad. He replaced it with a new opener, and new remotes and even added what I call safety "eyes" to keep the door from accidentally coming down on a thing or a person!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased and the door now works like a charm!!! And, it's a lot quieter!!!

We had a spring break on our garage door over the weekend. Searched online and set up an appointment for the following Monday based on their reviews. Received a call letting me know they had availability on a Sunday and quickly sent a technician. Henry assessed the situation and presented my options. Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

I selected your Company by researching online and looking at Reviews. As I told your technician, I was very impressed with the easiness of scheduling an appointment online and the availability of the appointments (next day service). Our garage door was completely down, wouldn't go up, Torsion Spring broke in half. Our technician was Justin. He was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He inspected all working parts of the operation of the door and gave us several options in repairing and replacing other parts that showed wear. We decided to take last option, which pretty much replaced all working parts of the door and is very quiet when in operation. Before, all the neighbors on our street knew when we were leaving home. lol
