Justin Emig arrived at my house on time. Justin was very professional. he was replacing an old opener that finally gave up. After discussing what I wanted and explaining what needed to be replaced Justin started the work. Everything went very smooth, and quickly till the remote control would not work. Now Justin had to troubleshoot. A few phone calls were made and he discovered that a part for the "beam" was faulty. After replacing the faulty sensor everything worked fine. Justin mentioned that he never had this happen before. Justin never lost his cool in the situation, and I told him that just because a part is new, it doesn't mean, it works. Stuff happens. All through the replacement Justin was professional and I would and will recommend Precision Garage Door and Justin to anyone needing garage door work.

Garage spring broke and I needed help. I called Precision and they were able to send a Technician the same day. He arrived and inspected my door, hardware and garage door opener. He was able to fix my door springs on the spot and left my garage as clean as when he arrived. The Tech was professional and worked efficiently. I was recommended to use your services from my daughter who had a garage door opener replaced by your company. My garage door stopped operating correctly and I could not adjust the limits on the door so I called for repairs. I was advised that a technician would be out in about 2 hours. Shayne arrived on time calling prior to his arrival. Shayne tried to repair the problem but was unable to fix it because the logic board had become bad. He gave me two options replace the logic board or purchase a new garage door opener. I decided to get a new garage door opener feeling this was the best option for me. Shayne immediately got to work on installing the new opener and had it working very quickly. He even installed an outside key pad that I had been thinking about. After the installation he went over all features of the new opener and cleaned up the area. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service I received from your company.
