built a new 3 car pole barn , needed garage door openers installed, so I called Precision for a quote due to being well regarded company. Met with Andonia for a quote, price wasn't bad so I had them do the work. after I got home I was anxious to inspect my new garage door openers on my new garage! the openers worked fine, they are smooth and even being chai operated they are fairly quiet. then I started looking at how Andonia ran the wiring for the sensors and push buttons. it looked like he was trying to make a spider web in the ceiling of my garage. wires were all ran willy-nilly and nothing was straight or neat. he even made the wires tight around the angle brackets holding the openers. I wasn't impressed. here's the kicker, the openers were installed on a Friday, by Sunday 1 stopped working already.monday morning I called in and told them, I also expressed how I wasnt impressed with the wire job. technician came out Monday afternoon , he did call me and tell me he had tge problem fixed. I asked what problem was ... guess what it was ?? a wire was broke ! I told him I wasn't impressed with the wiring job and how the wires were wrapped tight around metal angle.he said that how we do all them . oh well. it has a 5 year warranty

I needed my garage door serviced about a year ago and they came out and got the job done. Well I wanted an upgrade to my garage opener and I called them and explained what I wanted and in 20 minutes the technician was at my door. He explained all the options available for me. I’m old school I just wanted the door to open and close due to the old system was old and I was having problems with it. He gave me exactly what I wanted with extras. 2 car remotes a door pad and a really nice indoor opener with features. I did shop around and as before Precision was the one. The inspection was great and he told me things that I had an idea but wasn’t sure. He corrected everything This company is family. They take care of you.

Within 2 hrs. the serviceman was started on replacements, and 1/2 hr. later he was done. He was very courteous and quick. The door looks great and seems a little quieter.

I am elated with the service we received. Precision Garage Door Service exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we interacted was pleasant and courteous At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, or like I was getting a sales pitch The spring on one of our two 20 year old garage doors broke. We called the original installer of the doors, another local but well known company. At 3:25 pm on a Tuesday, they were already closed! We called Precision due to their excellent reputation and their advertising a quick response. In a matter of minutes, we had an appointment for 8 to 10am the very next day for a tech to perform a no cost inspection and estimate. They said it was likely the tech would have everything needed on the truck to complete the repair, should we choose to proceed. Our tech, Dante, called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8. Dante was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation. Due to the age of the doors, I asked him to inspect both. He showed me the components that were showing typical wear for 20 year old doors. There was no sales pitch at all. We discussed several options including just replacing the broken spring. Dante helped us make the choice that was best for us. (That's why the "Service Performed" says Broken Garage Door Spring Repair, but we purchased Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.) The belt drive is SO much quieter than our old screw drive. We love the warranty Precision provides too! Completely satisfied!
