I was recommended to use your services from my daughter who had a garage door opener replaced by your company. My garage door stopped operating correctly and I could not adjust the limits on the door so I called for repairs. I was advised that a technician would be out in about 2 hours. Shayne arrived on time calling prior to his arrival. Shayne tried to repair the problem but was unable to fix it because the logic board had become bad. He gave me two options replace the logic board or purchase a new garage door opener. I decided to get a new garage door opener feeling this was the best option for me. Shayne immediately got to work on installing the new opener and had it working very quickly. He even installed an outside key pad that I had been thinking about. After the installation he went over all features of the new opener and cleaned up the area. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service I received from your company.

I finally changed out our chain driven garage doors for belt driven. My old doors were so loud but we are amazed at how quiet these are! Steve, our tech, did a great job, excellent communication and reset all of the remotes and homelink in the car. He was very patient with all of my questions. We have previously used precision door for spring and roller replacement. Highly recommend all of their services and technicians!!

My garage door 'slammed' down to the floor last Monday after I put my trash bin out. I called Precision Garage about 9:15 am - he told me a tech would be out between 10am and 12pm. About 30 minutes later, Shane (tech) called to tell me he would be here in 30 minutes - which he was. He assessed the situation, had me move my car out of the garage - after he manually lifted the door - and in 15 minutes told me that a screw had come loose on the arm that carries the door up and down. I told him I had just had Precision install the door and he told me he looked at my account, and it was installed in August of 2024!! I was dumbstruck, because I could not believe it had been a year and a half. He was so nice and polite - told me there was no charge for replacing and repairing - even checked the motor to make sure no damage had occurred when the door hit the floor - I Love this company and the people they hire are superior - Thank You Precision Garage Door - You are a company worth praising and congratulating for going above and beyond!! You have a lifetime fan - and I will always recommend you to friends and family - Awesome Experience!!
