I am very pleased about my experience with Precision Doors. They were prompt to respond to my request to service my door when I had a problem. The initial technician explained and showed me what the problem was and what the solution was. I needed to replace my door and that was done today. The technician that came today was Travis. He was a very nice, respectful and professional young man. He showed me what he would be doing and answered all my questions. He worked hard the entire time that he was here. Want to thank Precision for helping us with installation of a new garage door. Customer service is above and beyond. Same day consultation...wait, what?? Like THAT ever happens. The employees we were so fortunate to meet were THE best (Nia and Travis)! Friendly, courteous and garage door geniuses! Our installer went above and beyond helping to sync factory installed car opener to new door and reprogrammed our opener on the outside (AND cleaned it!). He (Travis) paid attention to detail, answered all questions and expertly, single handedly, installed a double door, the results of which we are thrilled. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience! We are very grateful.
