5 stars – top-notch quality and service! I sent a request to Precision last night and they were here the very next day to quote and install two new garage door openers. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget. We ended up upgrading to new belt-drive openers with all the modern features, and the difference is incredible. Josh was a true professional—courteous, efficient, and he walked me through setting up all the new remotes and features. We’re extremely impressed and will absolutely use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

My technician was very courteous and professional. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Although we were initially looking at an opener replacement, he inspected the entire system and found numerous worn out parts. He explained clearly what he found and what affect they have on the operation of the door. He also explained the pros and cons of the different openers that they carry. I picked an opener and asked him when they could do the work. His reply was "I have everything I need on the truck and can get it done in a little over an hour". I gave him the go ahead and he he dug right in. He finished when he said he would be done and I could see that he worked up quite a sweat. He took the time to show me the operation of the system as well as any maintenance required. It's good to see that there are still hard working people in this world. My service was not cheap but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Precision and they are now my go to company for garage door service.

Highly recommend! I loved being able to book online since our issue happened after hours. They had an appointment available the next day, and Josh arrived in the scheduled window. Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.

I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.

It finally snapped on Labor Day and Precision sent someone out next morning. Josh came out and was extremely professional.
