We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!

Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!

I called at 1:00 pm and Josh and Ty were at our house by 2:30, They diagnosed the problem, made all the fixes and were finished by 3:30. They were courteous and fully explained what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. We will call Precision again if the need arises.

Josh was able to successfully install a new garage door opener, keypad, and button within the span of one afternoon. The service was great and very efficient! I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget.
