My old door opener and eye sensors wore out. Kenny replaced them and did as good job. Apparently the sensors got out of alinement and Cody made a call to fix the problem. I thought it was the sunlight hitting the senor/ electronic eye. He even made the door quieter by lubricating the hinges. He did come back for a second visit for an easy final adjustment. We had a new garage door opener installed by Josh in July 2025 and were extremely pleased with the work done and the results. When I called Steven to schedule the appointment, he was extremely accommodating in getting us on the schedule immediately because the spring had broken and the door would not open. When Josh arrived, he did a thorough safety inspection, explained his findings and made suggestions for repairs and possible upgrades. Since we had intended to replace the noisy old chain drive opener anyway, we decided to upgrade now. What an amazing difference! Despite the heat and humidity, Josh worked hard to complete all repairs, install the new opener and explain the work he had done and operating instructions. 5-star!

We called Precision Garage Door Service early on a Monday morning because our very old garage door had finally stopped working, just as we had to leave on a trip to Vermont. We were happily surprised that they could send an employee, Jerry Edlreth, to look over the situation in just a few hours! Soon after Jerry arrived, he sent us photographs and began explaining to us what went wrong and what he could do to fix it. He carefully explained the various options we had, and when we made our decision, he spent the next several hours doing exactly what we wanted.
