Then, due to family conflicts ,we needed to change the appointment and had to call on the weekend. No problem. They changed the appointment for us and were very considerate about it. Complete waste of time. They quoted $1,050 for a spring repair and were trying to sell me on additional upgrades and service packages. After I refused the service I could hear the technician talking to his supervisor in the truck trying to find ways to sell me on the products. I've already order the parts I need to make the repair myself for under $100. I'm typically a do-it-yourselfer, but I decided to outsource this job due to personal time constraints. I expected to pay a premium for the service, but this blew my mind. Their sales tactics and demeaner probably work on old ladies who are scared of the world and need someone to tell them everything's okay, but it did not work on me. #Do Not Use, # Creepy Vibe, # Watch Your Wallet

Had an overhead spring break on my garage door before Christmas. I was able to schedule an appointment the following Monday. Date of repair, technician Tyler called me to say he was on the way. When he arrived I explained what happened and he quickly went to work inspecting the broken parts and looked over everything. He gave me options for the repair and wasn’t pushing which one to choose, but recommended other parts should be replaced soon. Even explained where to lube parts to last longer. During installation of new parts, he made small talk with myself and little boy. Inspection and installation was also pretty quick. When my other garage door decides to break, I’ll definitely be scheduling another appointment with Tyler or this company.

At 3 pm on a Monday, had an issue with my door not opening. Had recently seen a few commercials for Precision and their timely service. Called and was scheduled an appointment the following day. Tyler B kept in contact about his arrival time. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection while looking as to why my door wouldn’t open. After consulting with another employee, he identified the problem and had us up and running. Gave a thorough explanation of what the problem was and how it was fixed. Made some recommendations for future consideration. Overall a great experience.

We were interested in seeing if installing new garage doors would help to keep the garage from heating up so much in the summer. Jeremy assessed the doors, which though older, were well insulated and in good condition. He told us that we wouldn't feel much difference with new doors, and would be better off installing an air conditioner in the window. We were grateful for his honesty, which saved us from spending money needlessly. While he was here, we got an estimate for a new garage door opener, which we definitely will need shortly! It's refreshing to find a company so trustworthy! We definitely highly recommend Precision services!

This is a great Compay to deal with, and very reasonable pricing and outstanding warranties. My technician, Dante Santana, was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my 25 year old garage door openers, an outdated spring system and worn door rollers. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions which would benefit me in the long run. He presented three separate estimates, addressing my different concerns, that I could choose from, No hard sell on anything and no hidden fees. I highly recommend this Company and Dante.

We can not say enough about our experience with Precision Garage Door! We started with Jeremy, our salesman. He was on time and very good. He worked with us trying to build the doors we wanted over several days. He did everything possible to create the doors we asked for. When we were finished and settled on the doors he informed us they would take about a month to come in and we would get a call to set up a time to install them. One month later almost to the day we received a call for installation. The appointment they offered was the next day at 10 AM. Fantastic! Travis called about 9 to apologize they would not be able to be here at 10 but would be here at 11. Once again they pulled into the driveway at 11 AM. That was on time in my opinion. After speaking with my wife they begin removing the old doors and installing the new ones. Part way through the installation another technician arrived and all three doors were installed and working by 5:30 - 6:00. I can not express just how happy we are with the doors. They are very quiet even though they are chain drive. They operate smooth as glass. We are thrilled with every step of the replacement of our doors. The people could not have been nicer or more professional. The doors are Fantastic and look wonderful. One neighbor even commented on how good the look. Thank you Precision!
