Dante has been an essential part of our team since starting at Precision Door in 2024. His bubbly and exuberant personality is infectious, leaving everyone about him with a smile. Dante is not a stranger to hard work, having experience in the construction field prior to Precision. Dante is not only an animal lover, but an avid football fan as well. Dante works hard to support his son, Ambrose. Outside of work, you can find Dante working on his car, or weight lifting. Dante’s favorite thing about PDS is the amazing people he gets to meet and work with on a daily basis. He is looking forward to working with you soon!

I am elated with the service we received. Precision Garage Door Service exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we interacted was pleasant and courteous At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, or like I was getting a sales pitch The spring on one of our two 20 year old garage doors broke. We called the original installer of the doors, another local but well known company. At 3:25 pm on a Tuesday, they were already closed! We called Precision due to their excellent reputation and their advertising a quick response. In a matter of minutes, we had an appointment for 8 to 10am the very next day for a tech to perform a no cost inspection and estimate. They said it was likely the tech would have everything needed on the truck to complete the repair, should we choose to proceed. Our tech, Dante, called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8. Dante was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation. Due to the age of the doors, I asked him to inspect both. He showed me the components that were showing typical wear for 20 year old doors. There was no sales pitch at all. We discussed several options including just replacing the broken spring. Dante helped us make the choice that was best for us. (That's why the "Service Performed" says Broken Garage Door Spring Repair, but we purchased Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.) The belt drive is SO much quieter than our old screw drive. We love the warranty Precision provides too! Completely satisfied!

My garage doors work so much better now and when I had what I thought might be a problem a service tech was here promptly and resolved my problem which turned out not a problem at all. Do not get pressured by anyone and if there saying they can great any price trust me. I called a place this morning that said free estimates well the guy coming out was literally trying to sell me a motor over the phone before he even came out and said when he comes out I'll charge this for this service and again he hadn't when been here so red flag on the call. Called these guys right away instantly knew something was not right with the first call so they came out late in the day after working in this heat also! Oh and I knew right when he would arrive because if the tracker link they text you, ok now this is professional.. Dante gets here we look he presented me with options and he went above and beyond to get into my budget and fix everything needed to get me working again. I'm so very thankful I found this company and I believe a few new friends after we shared some conversation. Honestly this was top notch and you won't find better don't bother. Thanks gentlemen 5 stars all the way around from the call to the shake leaving once you were done.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Showed in the scheduled time. The service techs were very nice. Looked at out door and in About 15 to 20 minutes they had figured out everything that needed fixed. Provided several options on what they could do. No pressure for any kind of upgrades. Just a straight forward list of repair options and different costs. Once we selected the option we wanted they went to work and finished up in about 1 hour.

Hope they are a higher grade than ones I could have purchased by myself on line. Overall, was happy with my experience.

Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.
