Jerry Eldreth was our technician and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He solved our problem with the door opener not functioning and made numerous adjustments and explained them thoroughly. He even found some cracked hinges and replaced them also. Very good experience,and I got a business card to make sure I know who to go back to next time.

I set up an appointment online which was very easy. The tech Josh called ahead and was on time. He explained everything in detail and gave a quote before he started. The job done that same day. Everything was done to my expectations. As far as the cost, I have nothing to compare it to.

The reason I selected Precision Door was based on the advertising of a quiet door. The gears in my door motor had stripped and I needed repair. Service was scheduled in a timely fashion and the technician called approximately 2hrs. before the scheduled time. He showed up exactly on time. Following initial inspection, the Tech described in detail the failure mechanism and the reason for the failure. The Tech offered various solutions and adequately identified recommendations. The Tech completed repair within the expected timeframe. I have never heard a door that quiet. The Tech cleaned the area and fully explained the operation of the door and controlling units. This was a job well done.

Ryan completed the installation of our new garage door openers, springs, rollers, sensors and key pads. Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

I called Monday morning after the spring broke on our garage door, they set the repair for 12:00 - 2:00 same day, the tech (Kenneth) arrived at 12:15, and got it repaired plus upgraded a few parts that were worn and may have failed soon. Very responsive and great service. Kenneth was a pro and got it done fast.
