We had our garage door repaired and some things replaced a few months ago. We needed a repair as a bolt fell out. Chad came the next day and fixed it! He also replaced another part that was not necessarily needed but not ideal! I so appreciate Precisions promptness and kindness in their hospitality. I highly recommend this company!!

Great customer service. Kody was great. Came out the same day, within an hour of my service request, and replaced the springs, cables and pulleys in under an hour. Answered all my questions before starting the work and gave me an accurate price quote for the work that was needed as well as provided some suggestions. Overall great experience and will definitely be using Precision for my future needs.

My experience with the technician David Lamiet who was fixing my garage door was a learning experience. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He took the time to show me what new had repaired and he fixed it all. He gave me options to pay for the service. I would recommend the company. He made sure everything was working before he left.

Her was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. He arrived as scheduled and when he left the area was clean. Scheduling the appt was very easy. The door broke on a Sunday afternoon, through a chat feature on the website I was able to schedule a tech to come to my home the next morning. He arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything. He did not leave until the garage door was fully operational. The tech was kind and personable, explained everything and did a wonderful job. The tech was Kody - he is awesome! Thank you for everything you do.

This was the second time using Precision,I scheduled online with same day service.The technician Taylor called me and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame,which worked out well for me. Taylor introduced himself and asked what problems I was having with the door. Taylor told me he would do a full inspection and then he would review what he found The key pad needed replaced due to the batteries being corroded,the spring needed retentioned and the rollers needed lubricated All work was completed in a timely and safe manner

I was very pleased with the response time and service to fix my garage door. My garage door spring was broken and they scheduled me for service the following morning. Randy was the service technician who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the job after conducting a pre-inspection of the entire garage door system and completed the work in a very reasonable time. He went over all the work he did and did a great job conducting a post inspection of his work to ensure everything was working correctly and answered all my questions. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and I’m very satisfied with the job.

This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much. That had been done to get it back up online. I was wrong. I lost complete communication. With the garage door. Plus, the chain had broken. My neighbor a few years ago. Add them in to repair both of their garage doors. They gave me a sticker. So, I decided to put it by. My. Door opener. In the garage. I called the number. Told what was going on. Within 35 minutes. They had someone here. My garage door is back online. And I'm very pleased with the service. I would use them again. Thank you, Precision.

We needed a new garage door opener, & a couple repairs. Kody came out, and assessed the problem right away. I knew I needed a repair on the top of my door, & spring replaced, and he showed me my options, cost, and was able to do the job right away. I was surprised how fast the work was done. The installer, Taylor, came a bit early, which I appreciated. He explained what the problem was and made recommendations to help rectify the problem. He was very professional and courteous. Was impressed with the customer service provided before they even arrived. Randy provided updates about arrival time and when he was delayed on another project, he told me Andonia would be doing my service instead. Andonia promptly called with his arrival time. He was very professional and gave me quotes of cost for approval before proceeding with repairs. He explained how to use the new opener and answered all my questions. Appreciated the texts with picture of service person that would be showing up at my door. Will happily recommend your company to my friends.
