I called Precision early in the morning & got an immediate answer from a live agent. Within 30 mins, Steven showed up at my home to inspect our current garage door and opener. Steven was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me quotes for all the various options I considered and helped my husband and I make the best choice for our current needs within our budget. We were able to take advantage of an awesome deal offered this month and were able to schedule a complete garage door/opener replacement for an extremely reasonable rate. I was recommended to use your services from my daughter who had a garage door opener replaced by your company. My garage door stopped operating correctly and I could not adjust the limits on the door so I called for repairs. I was advised that a technician would be out in about 2 hours. Shayne arrived on time calling prior to his arrival. Shayne tried to repair the problem but was unable to fix it because the logic board had become bad. He gave me two options replace the logic board or purchase a new garage door opener. I decided to get a new garage door opener feeling this was the best option for me. Shayne immediately got to work on installing the new opener and had it working very quickly. He even installed an outside key pad that I had been thinking about. After the installation he went over all features of the new opener and cleaned up the area. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service I received from your company.

It all started with Steven, who answered the phone first thing in the morning. He worked relentlessly to find an opening for a technician to come to our house that same morning and replace a non-functional 40-year-old garage door opener. Jerry showed up within an hour and is a first-class professional technician who exhibited a passion for doing a job he loves with excellence. I am elated with the service we received. Precision Garage Door Service exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we interacted was pleasant and courteous At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, or like I was getting a sales pitch The spring on one of our two 20 year old garage doors broke. We called the original installer of the doors, another local but well known company. At 3:25 pm on a Tuesday, they were already closed! We called Precision due to their excellent reputation and their advertising a quick response. In a matter of minutes, we had an appointment for 8 to 10am the very next day for a tech to perform a no cost inspection and estimate. They said it was likely the tech would have everything needed on the truck to complete the repair, should we choose to proceed. Our tech, Dante, called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8. Dante was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation. Due to the age of the doors, I asked him to inspect both. He showed me the components that were showing typical wear for 20 year old doors. There was no sales pitch at all. We discussed several options including just replacing the broken spring. Dante helped us make the choice that was best for us. (That's why the "Service Performed" says Broken Garage Door Spring Repair, but we purchased Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.) The belt drive is SO much quieter than our old screw drive. We love the warranty Precision provides too! Completely satisfied!
