Nick answered the phone and got the process going, he scheduled a time for Jerry to come based on my needs and availability. They texted updates throughout the day and right on time Jerry arrived. We first contacted Precision Door Service because of a broken garage door spring. But, because of the age of our doors (35 years) we decided to replace them. Ryan replaced the springs and we ordered our doors that same day. Our installation of the new doors was yesterday, and we are more than pleased. Cody, our installer, was excellent.

The service was great and Kody was very informative and courteous. He got the job done in less than an hour. The only issue I have is the price. I could have bought the best quality replacement parts at Home Depot for less than $400 (springs, rollers, cables, and pulleys) and yet my cost for repair was $1240. Either your have a very high mark-up or you pay your employees a fantastic salary. I guess when customers are in a bind and you got 'em by the balls that's the business model.
