Our garage door stopped working last night , we called precision at 9:00 and they arrived at 10.. Tyler was very knowledgeable and first we decided on a tune up for now to get it to work ... but into the tune up he saw a bent metal piece on the bar that raises the door , so he decided we needed a new motor .. we decided to go with his quote to install a new motor .. the job was done and we think the price was reasonable with a lifetime warranty..

My reason for calling Precision Door was regarding the door making noise especially when going up. The gentleman who made the appointment for the next day was friendly and professional. Justin arrived the next morning on time after calling saying he was on the way. He fixed the problem and explained what he did.He was friendly, respectful and efficient. I have seen Precision Garage Door commercials on television many times, I called the company and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, I received a text with the name and picture of the technician who was coming to my house. When the technician arrived, I was greeted with a big smile and the tech introduced his self as Josh. I explained to Josh what my concerns were, hearing an extremely loud noise when the garage door was opened or closed. Josh, took the the time to explain to me what was causing the noise, and what my options were to reduces the noise. I told Josh which option I wanted, and he started the work. I really felt comfortable talking to Josh, he is a consummate professional, that has excellent interpersonal skills. When Josh completed the work, I was very happy, my garage door was opening and closing in the "silent" mode. Wow. now my neighbors don't have to hear every time I open or close my garage door. I would like to thank Precision Garage Door Service for sending Josh A. F. to service our garage door needs. I give Precision Garage Door Service and Josh Five stars and two thumbs up.

built a new 3 car pole barn , needed garage door openers installed, so I called Precision for a quote due to being well regarded company. Met with Andonia for a quote, price wasn't bad so I had them do the work. after I got home I was anxious to inspect my new garage door openers on my new garage! the openers worked fine, they are smooth and even being chai operated they are fairly quiet. then I started looking at how Andonia ran the wiring for the sensors and push buttons. it looked like he was trying to make a spider web in the ceiling of my garage. wires were all ran willy-nilly and nothing was straight or neat. he even made the wires tight around the angle brackets holding the openers. I wasn't impressed. here's the kicker, the openers were installed on a Friday, by Sunday 1 stopped working already.monday morning I called in and told them, I also expressed how I wasnt impressed with the wire job. technician came out Monday afternoon , he did call me and tell me he had tge problem fixed. I asked what problem was ... guess what it was ?? a wire was broke ! I told him I wasn't impressed with the wiring job and how the wires were wrapped tight around metal angle.he said that how we do all them . oh well. it has a 5 year warranty

This was THE most amazing service ever! Here's how it went: Clicked on Angi & filled form and submitted it before noon today. Within MINUTES, I had call from Nick, who verified my form, and he said he had a team who could come out to see it TODAY! I was to expect them between 1 and 1:30pm to see door. They arrived at 1pm, saw the project, explained it to me, and said they could install the new opener system TODAY! At 2:15 pm, they were DONE and I paid them on the spot. [Pay by check, if you can.] The two installers were polite and super efficient! WOW, THIS IS SERVICE! (I come from a family of 2 home builders who had great pride in customer service and workmanship, and this would have been their style.)

This was the second time using Precision,I scheduled online with same day service.The technician Taylor called me and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame,which worked out well for me. Taylor introduced himself and asked what problems I was having with the door. Taylor told me he would do a full inspection and then he would review what he found The key pad needed replaced due to the batteries being corroded,the spring needed retentioned and the rollers needed lubricated All work was completed in a timely and safe manner

I was very pleased with the response time and service to fix my garage door. My garage door spring was broken and they scheduled me for service the following morning. Randy was the service technician who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the job after conducting a pre-inspection of the entire garage door system and completed the work in a very reasonable time. He went over all the work he did and did a great job conducting a post inspection of his work to ensure everything was working correctly and answered all my questions. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and I’m very satisfied with the job.

We were in need of fairly emergent service as our garage door spring and wires had snapped and we could not get the door open.
