Randy, the technician, came to the house today to help resolve the issue of the garage doors not closing consistently. His thoroughness and communication helped us realize that while we had just replaced the garage doors last year with Precision, the motors had worn out and needed to be replaced. The positive is that having a good technician like Randy helped us understand the issue and how to resolve it. The negative is last year, when we were having garage doors replaced. The salesperson, installers, and technician who all came and sold us the garage doors and serviced them did not mention the wear and tear on the motor, and it might be a good time to replace it. I am sure cost might have been the reason why not mentioned, as the salesperson could sense I had reached my limit on spending for the doors. My wife and I want to thank Randy for the excellent service, communication, and time to explain and recommend a solution. He is an excellent representation of your company. Recently, our HOA president asked me who did our garage doors last year, and I told her Precision. Moving forward, I will say Precision but get Randy involved.

Precision has given us prompt and courteous service in our prior visit 3 years ago and today. They replaced a worn out garage door opener 3 years ago with a quite and reliable opener. So we contacted them again when our other door opener gave out. Different tech but the same prompt service. Tech was local and courteous. My garage door 'slammed' down to the floor last Monday after I put my trash bin out. I called Precision Garage about 9:15 am - he told me a tech would be out between 10am and 12pm. About 30 minutes later, Shane (tech) called to tell me he would be here in 30 minutes - which he was. He assessed the situation, had me move my car out of the garage - after he manually lifted the door - and in 15 minutes told me that a screw had come loose on the arm that carries the door up and down. I told him I had just had Precision install the door and he told me he looked at my account, and it was installed in August of 2024!! I was dumbstruck, because I could not believe it had been a year and a half. He was so nice and polite - told me there was no charge for replacing and repairing - even checked the motor to make sure no damage had occurred when the door hit the floor - I Love this company and the people they hire are superior - Thank You Precision Garage Door - You are a company worth praising and congratulating for going above and beyond!! You have a lifetime fan - and I will always recommend you to friends and family - Awesome Experience!!

We are a repeat customer and that, by itself, shows we are very pleased with the service. The problem was that a spring had broken, the garage door could not be raised, and I needed to be at work in a few hours. I called Precision and Kody, the technician, arrived in less than an hour. In another hour he replaced the springs everything was back to normal. This is service expected and difficult to improve.
