On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

The spring broke on our garage door on Friday evening, trapping our car for the weekend. I called another company and left a message and also on their website. I heard back this morning. In the meantime I found your website and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing today. I scheduled it and Josh showed up before 8:30 this morning. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of our options. We chose the more comprehensive service and are pleased with the work that Josh did. The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English.
