From first phone call to job completed I was extremely pleased ! The individual who scheduled was very friendly. Appointment was scheduled- call came in while technician was on his way, and Kenny Dyson arrived earlier than expected. He was very pleasant, and explained things first. On the initial install of a garage door opener, the the did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with the door. They straighten the tracks and have the door running smooth. Every tech that has been out over the past 4 years have been excellent. The opener itself is poor quality. I've has multiple issues and finally just disconnected it. Great people, poor product!

I selected Precision Garage Door based on its 5 star rating. I’m glad I did as the entire experience was top notch. Everything from appointment scheduling to the final work exceeded my expectations Service Tech Dante did a great job evaluating my two garage door openers and providing his recommendations. In the end, it was my choice to replace both since they were vintage 1997 models even though he suggested just the one. . He recommended replacing it since it was dated 1997. Dante had the material in his service truck and had time to do it, so I agreed to have both openers and associated hardware replaced. Dante was very polite and respectful. He only recommended what needed replaced. I explained the scope and he went to work. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them.

Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. Very nice young man.
