Garage Door Repair Reviews in Central PA (Updated June 2026)

We saw Precision advertised on TV. We needed our garage door repaired, so we decided to take a chance and call them. The technician was great. He explained everything in detail to my husband and myself. He gave us the cost options, and we chose the one that suited our repair. If we ever need a garage door repair again, Precision will be the first company we call. The technician Shane was exceptional!!

I had an excellent experience wth Dalton for the garage door 25 point inspection plus a resolution to the safety device. He followed up on the next day to explain the lock button on the wall switch which I had a misunderstanding about. Dalton did arrive within 1to 2 hours each day after I called which I found was amazing! Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone for service with your company!

This is our second time calling Precision Garage Door Service and this is our second time feeling absolutely content about the work that was done, the options we were given and our technician, Randy from Hanover. We used Precision about 2 years ago for a broken spring and this time for a new overhead opener. Randy listened to us, provided an inspection, explained what he had found and offered us options. After instillation, Randy went over everything he installed and helped us sync our car to open the garage door. We were not expecting such extensive repairs to be made same day, but they were. Randy was able to complete everything within 2 hours and was absolutely knowledgable and professional. If we need assistance in the future, we will not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service.

Communication was clear and easy. We were able to schedule an appointment the day we called. A call saying on my way was helpful and Ryan, our technician, arrived early. He completed a thorough inspection and clearly explained our potential issues and options. We chose to install a new opener and he completed the job the same evening working until 7:30 pm. Helped program the controller in the car and keypad. Sprayed the hinges and rollers and was on his way. One of the best service experiences we have ever had!!! Just fantastic!
