Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!

I called at 1:00 pm and Josh and Ty were at our house by 2:30, They diagnosed the problem, made all the fixes and were finished by 3:30. They were courteous and fully explained what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. We will call Precision again if the need arises.

I called Precision on the weekend because they were the only ones open and I wanted a Monday appointment. The service tech arrived at the scheduled time and after looking over the situation (the cable had come off the pully) he said he would perform a 25 point inspection and the give me the options for repair. A red flag immediately went up in my mind but I said ok. After the inspection he quoted me 3 options ranging from $700 to $2100+. I told him I would like to get a second opinion. I called a local company who came by, reinstalled the cable, adjusted the tension on the overhead spring, lubed the spring and wheels in the track and thanked me for the business. $146. He did not try to sell me a bunch of replacement parts and labor I did not need. I will not be refering your company to any friends or family.

It all started with Steven, who answered the phone first thing in the morning. He worked relentlessly to find an opening for a technician to come to our house that same morning and replace a non-functional 40-year-old garage door opener. Jerry showed up within an hour and is a first-class professional technician who exhibited a passion for doing a job he loves with excellence. Precision Garage Door is the best!!! Our garage door spring broke on New Years Eve around 10am with a big bang noise. It took us until 11:15am to figure out it was the garage door. We called Precision directly and our technician, Steve D., was at the our house by Noon. Steve determined the issues, made recommendations, and completed the repairs by 1:30pm. He thoroughly explained the issues and how to properly maintain moving forward. We have used Precision at previous houses and always found them to deliver the highest quality service. This experience was know different. Great job Precision and Steve. Job well done!
