This was my first experience with the Precision Garage Door service. They responded to my call in a very timely manner and their service tech, Jerry, gave me a call to help pinpoint his eta. Which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly & professional as he inspected the job and explained his findings. Nothing has been done to my garage door for at least 26 years so I googled garage door services precision garage doors come up so I booked a online appointment within an hour and a half I got a reply they were on their way when he arrived he inspected all parts of my garage door technician Steve Davis very knowledgeable and professional explained all the potential problems with my door and the options I had he fixed it and did an excellent job I didn't know a garage door could be so quiet thank you precision garage door and technician Steve Davis

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was. He's a great technician with a great company!
