Jordan, was a great technician, very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my "homeowner" questions, and did not seem to get annoyed in the least. He explained the choices thoroughly, where the repair was concerned. When you have someone in a service industry, that enjoys what they do, you can really tell. Having good people performing your service, after already being stressed about the need to have the service, is a great thing. There are not enough people in the service professions, and getting to work with one who really enjoys what they do is a great benefit for your company. Thank you Jordan.
