Andy was our technician. He arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized our issues and explained them in an understandable fashion. He also explained our options and then completed the work required for the option that we chose without delay. Afterwards he gave a thorough review of the work completed, how everything worked and warranties. He answered all of our questions and made certain that the work area was clean before he left. My wife and I were impressed with both the technician and the finished product.

Wow. We though your service was superb when you visited us a few years ago. But WOW! When you came this time to analyze the garage door issue and provide us with options, we were VERY pleasantly surprised that the work was done SAME DAY and in less time than expected. The result was an unbelievably quiet door with a superior motor and parts. It's not often nowadays that vendor commercials do as they advertised, but Precision Door is TRULY the best! Andy was a true professional. He arrived on time on the same day we called in. He went over the issues and our options with our garage door, twice in fact so my wife could also hear it. He did so patiently and thouroghly. He completed the job in the time he said it would take. He explained everything to us after completing the work and cleaned up after the job. The crew arrived on time. Were completed in a timely manner. Addressed all of the issues I identified and replaced worn parts. Removed a burned-out motor and created a manual door with key lock. Replaced opener with belt drive and worn parts on second door.

I had an issue with my wall mounted openers and the technician Andy Diaz did a fantastic job finding the issue and fixing the problem. Our old garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision and the sent out a technician (Andy Diaz)on the same day. Andy performed a very thorough inspection and recommended a new opener and rollers. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than any garage door we’ve ever had. From our initial contact with Precision Garage to the work completed today, the process was seamless. Our technician Andy was friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
