The crew arrived on time. Were completed in a timely manner. Addressed all of the issues I identified and replaced worn parts. Removed a burned-out motor and created a manual door with key lock. Replaced opener with belt drive and worn parts on second door.

I had an issue with my wall mounted openers and the technician Andy Diaz did a fantastic job finding the issue and fixing the problem. He explained why the lights were flashing and was very professional on pointing out other preventative maintenance suggestions. I am pleased with the service and the price. Our old garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision and the sent out a technician (Andy Diaz)on the same day. Andy performed a very thorough inspection and recommended a new opener and rollers. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than any garage door we’ve ever had. From our initial contact with Precision Garage to the work completed today, the process was seamless. Our technician Andy was friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He gave us several options when he first came for a consultation, after a careful examination of our issue and our door/garage system. When he came to complete the repairs and tune up of our system, he was prompt and friendly. Once the work was completed, he explained each part of the repair and made sure I was happy with the work. The work exceeded expectations and we would recommend Andy and Precision to our neighbors and friends.
