Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as good honest advice. He installed our new belt drive opener and was even willing to explain the ins and outs after hours since I don’t get home until late. It was a very good experience all around and I will definitely use them for any future needs we have. Thank you Nia for a job well done!

From the initial phone call to them, through the physical diagnostics of of my garage door's problems and the recommended repair work completion, everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I am 100 percent satisfied with Precision Door! Jerry our technician was kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and installed our new garage door opener promptly. I really like how Jerry called me to let me know what time he would arrive. I also really appreciate how patient he was with answering all of me questions. The price was also reasonable. Entire experience was excellent. Called at 7am and technician arrived at 8am. Justin was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. Replaced the rollers, springs, bearings, ect, and installed a new opener in a very short time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
