This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much. That had been done to get it back up online. I was wrong. I lost complete communication. With the garage door. Plus, the chain had broken. My neighbor a few years ago. Add them in to repair both of their garage doors. They gave me a sticker. So, I decided to put it by. My. Door opener. In the garage. I called the number. Told what was going on. Within 35 minutes. They had someone here. My garage door is back online. And I'm very pleased with the service. I would use them again. Thank you, Precision.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment to have my garage door repaired. The technician (Kody) called while enroute and was very helpful. He got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently while asking if I had any questions on the process. He was very polite and made sure I was satisfied before he left. We needed a new garage door opener, & a couple repairs. Kody came out, and assessed the problem right away. I knew I needed a repair on the top of my door, & spring replaced, and he showed me my options, cost, and was able to do the job right away. I was surprised how fast the work was done. First I was so Thankful that Precision had an open appointment on 08/11/26 to fit me in to have my garage door remotes re-set and my security code update. Cody was the technician assigned to me and he was very communicative and polite. He called me earlier than the original time frame as his earlier calls didn't take as long as expected and he was able to come down a little earlier. When he arrived he was very courteous, asked me about the issues I was having, and took his time explaining what could and would be done. He also explained what he was doing as he went along and was successful in completing the re-sets and the standard equipment inspection, including some things to watch for as the system ages. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, and a good people-person. I will definitely use you all in the future if anything comes up with my garage door system. THANK YOU CODY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

This IS a professional outfit! Our garage door, out of balance, needed some adjusting. I thought one of the springs might break and damage the car, my wife or me. Their tech assessed the door opener equipment and explained my options. I chose to have everything replaced - motor, rails, springs, cables, rollers, remotes,/keypad etc. Great job! The door is now silent and works like new. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Repair was outstanding! Had old two vertical spring system with multiple broken cords and very worn pulleys replaced with single horizential spring and only two cable system installed. Old system was loud and very worn. Tech showed me issue's and explained it all. Repaired quickly and professionally. New system is quite and solid. All moving parts replaced except garage door opener and door. Complete replacement of worn parts. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you. Did i mention the 10 year warranty.

The service was great and Kody was very informative and courteous. He got the job done in less than an hour. The only issue I have is the price. I could have bought the best quality replacement parts at Home Depot for less than $400 (springs, rollers, cables, and pulleys) and yet my cost for repair was $1240. Either your have a very high mark-up or you pay your employees a fantastic salary. I guess when customers are in a bind and you got 'em by the balls that's the business model.
