I am definitely pleased with our technician. Cody, who came out at the professional, presented herself well and was very detailed and straight honest. As to what it is, we need to get our garage fixed the right way, albeit it is not done yet. It sounds good, and I hope that this relationship will prosper. I saw your commercial on TV and thought I would get a price for my broken spring. I liken your company to like going to get my tires rotated and they tell me I need this and that. They looked at my door and gave me we 3 prices up to $1200 and the cheapest being around $800. I asked how much just fix my broken spring (which I was replacing both at the same time) and he gave me a price of $762 I declined the work and went with a local door service (Cornwell door service) and they replaced both springs and the cables also for $505. A savings of over $250 plus what the cables would have cost me. Cornwells technician which worked there for 40 years said the other work was not necessary that your technician quoted me a price for.
