Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh as well as his three dogs and six cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. I moved into a new home and the garage door had been giving the previous homeowner some issues. I knew this prior to my move-in day, but was frustrated at the inconsistency and reliability of the garage door the first week I was in the house. I called Precision at the recommendation of a family member. They arrived within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and provided me with 4 different options for the repair. Jerry was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours, my garage door was operating like new again! Highly recommend Jerry AND Precision. Stay positive, Jerry!

My husband, Ken and I can't say enough good things about your service. We called to make an appointment the night we came home from work and discovered we had a broken garage door spring. The very next morning Jerry came out to assess the situation. He was wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. It turns out we basically had our whole garage door system overhauled. New springs, cables, drums, bearings and rollers and we also purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. We were so impressed and so pleased with everything that was done. Now that everything is working as it should, we only realized just how badly things needed attention. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend your service to anyone. Thank you for everything.

As a new resident to the area, I had the unfortunate experience of the garage door spring breaking. I noticed my neighbor had service recently completed by Precision Garage Door. I called the number provided off of the website and was greeted by a friendly "Nick" who was very prompt in answering the call and providing a service request between noon and 2 pm for the same day. I was advised that Jerry would be calling prior to his arrival. Sure enough Jerry called shortly after noon and said his arrival time would be within 15 minutes. Jerry Eldreth was extremely polite and very informative after observing and evaluating both of my garage door openers, rails and all moving parts. The obvious replacement of the one door spring was required but Jerry ensured both door systems were in good working order, lubricated everything, made proper adjustments and had me up and running on the broken side within an hour of his arrival. The previous homeowner failed to leave literature behind as to the age of both openers, but Jerry was able to advise manufacture dates and provide a pretty good estimate as to installation based on the age of the home. Precision quickly, courteously, and expertly did a minor repair to our garage door. The door got bent at the bottom with a hit from our car before the door was completely up. Precision's "book online" feature was easy to use and brought us a technician in 4 hours who gave us options and then did the repair to get us functional. Jerry Eldreth was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave options, but no pressure (which I had braced for!) for a new door--even though ours is 30 years old. When its time for a new door--or another repair--we'll gladly go back to Precision. They're doing business right!

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.

Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained so well what needed to be done, as well as other options. He replaced the spring and installed new rollers. Now, my twenty year old garage door operates quieter than ever.
