Dalton was pleasant and polite. I was amazed how he did everything by himself. Especially when on the stepladder, balancing motor on his shoulders and attaching the pieces to the ceiling. I would rate Dalton a 10+ and if the rest of your technicians are dedicated like him I would say you have a great team. Also, like when I called, you take care of the customer same day.

I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. Precision responded to our emergency request that we made after hours on Friday evening. They scheduled a technician to evaluate the garage door Saturday late morning. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. We were given 3 reasonable repair options with estimates for each option. He completed repairs to the garage door by mid afternoon! It's true what they say about first impressions...I called three garage door service companies....one started by insulting my current brand of garage door opener calling it junk (even if it is, you never start out by insulting your customer's choices!)....another simply ran through a long list of pricing...but Nick was professional, friendly, thanked me for calling, explained they have a fully stocked truck and provide a 25 pt safety inspection included in the $79 flat rate fee for coming out. Plus they are available 24 hours and there was no wait time! My husband met Chad at the site and was very pleased with his service and capability. Wish there were more service companies out there like yours!!
