A+ Called for an estimate and an experienced technician was sent the same morning. After a thorough inspection and review we agreed to get a new opener and tune-up of existing hardware. Very good experience overall. We would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.

I loved that Precision Door was available for next day service to repair my garage door. Antonio Bennett was the repairman sent out to fix my issue. He was scheduled for an afternoon appointment but was available earlier. He called to confirm that he could arrive early. He was professional and answered all my questions. He helped me address the issue to prevent it from happening again. I'm definitely using Precision Door for future garage door repair needs.

We had Precision Door a few years back to fix one of our garage doors. So of course we liked their work and quick response, so we called them again as we needed new springs on our other doors. The worker was quick, knew what he was doing and polite. We will call them agin if ever a need.

WOW a business that is efficient and takes time to help their customers, what a novel idea! I made contact on a weekend evening via Precision's website and had a call WITHIN MINUTES! Several appointments were available and I chose a time which worked best for my schedule. When scheduling they took time to answer my questions and advised I would be CALLED 30 minutes ahead of time. The technician was not only on time but a bit early YES you read that right EARLY. I can't remember the last time I didn't have to wait till the end of a 'window' for someone to show up. Once on site I had all options explained completely to include the mechanics/physics behind a doors workings. The repair didn't take long even on an older door, the tech was courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks for a great job, nice work Brayden!

The door was popping and when Precision tech came he explained what was going on. He gave us a choice of what can be done, we decided and he was finished with the project in a reasonable time. He arrived early and that worked out even better than the time slot we had.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after reading the highly rated reviews on a Google search. One great review was posted by my neighbor. Mr. Chad Lahue and his partner were exceptional from their call to inform me of their time of arrival to their repair of my loose garage door opener chain. When I asked what preventative maintenance I could perform, they showed me how to lubricate the metal door rollers. I also asked about the App MyQ for my LiftMaster opener and they went through the steps to install it on my cell phone. One lasting impression they left with me was their smiles showing they enjoyed their work!

Actual service was good. Arrived on time, worked quickly and all appeared to be complete and professional. Dialogue with the tech was pretty much a prepared sales script, mostly up-selling, etc. He did offer some maintenance tips when done. I asked for price of components, but he did not answer; only offered the prescribed service plans. Even the invoice did not include that, which was bothersome. Price was higher than expected, but did include items I hadn't planned for. Not sure about about recommendations.

Never thought I would need garage door service, though I have seen Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV. Then it happened, problems with my garage door. I personally checked out the door, rollers, etc. but nothing. Garage door was malfunctioning and I felt it could not be used safely. That is when I remembered the TV ad and why not. I proceeded to call and they sent a service person over to me in a few hours after the call. After a thorough inspection, I was given options on how to fix my garage door problem. Replacing some parts to make it function was put on the table, but I knew this would be a band-aid approach to the problem. Thus I made the decision to replace the whole garage door unit. I was informed they can complete the job the very next day. All I can say, it was just as the ad on TV, they will fix it fast. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service!!! Joseph Picone

Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.
