Our garage door stopped working last night , we called precision at 9:00 and they arrived at 10.. Tyler was very knowledgeable and first we decided on a tune up for now to get it to work ... but into the tune up he saw a bent metal piece on the bar that raises the door , so he decided we needed a new motor .. we decided to go with his quote to install a new motor .. the job was done and we think the price was reasonable with a lifetime warranty..

It was very easy to schedule an appointment to have my garage door repaired. The technician (Kody) called while enroute and was very helpful. He got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently while asking if I had any questions on the process. He was very polite and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Randy Hornberger was very courteous, professional and explained the inspection report, which he performed. He replaced all the rollers on the door and adjusted the bottom cable attachments. He then replaced the 18'6" bottom seal and the 7' white molding that was torn. He also explained thoroughly all that he did. We are very satisfied with his work ethic and would recommend Randy and Precision Door Company.

The original door opener that came with the house finally gave out after several decades of use. When we had an unexpected failure of one of our garage door springs, we researched all of the garage door companies in our area and, based upon the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews, chose to schedule the repairs with Precision Door. We were not disappointed with the decision. From the ease of online scheduling, excellent communication, prompt service, and a highly skilled technician in Randy Hornberger, our service appointment was top notch. Randy called to confirm he was on the way and arrived on time as promised. He immediately explained the process he would follow beginning with an overall technical and safety inspection, then determine the options for repairs. He was very courteous and thorough, making it easy to understand his recommended repair options, and make choices for the work to be done. He then completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated and reviewed the finished product. The new spring and rollers now have the repaired door operating far better than when it was originally installed. We elected to add new rollers to the second door to give it some additional life, knowing that a future spring replacement is most likely in the future. Overall, we give very high marks to Precision Door and to Randy, and will definitely call them again for any garage door work.
