Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!

The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. I googled garage door repair near me and saw Precision. I went online and easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here by 830. He called me at 8 to give me his ETA. Chad was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of wear, but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I won't need Google again for garage door repair. I'll only call Precision.

Our garage door was not staying closed. We checked all the usual things on our own, and it didn't solve the problem, so we decided we needed an expert. After a Google search, we called Precision Garage Door Service, which had great reviews. They sent someone out within just a few hours, which was amazing! Cody arrived at our home and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained what the issues were and presented us with several options for fixing it. We made our decision, and he installed a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, and wall control unit. We had a smooth (and oh so QUIET) functioning garage door in no time! He even installed a keypad outside our garage, so we can open the garage that way, which is a huge convenience for our kiddo to get in the house after school. He helped us install the app to use for the door as well, which notifies me anytime the door is opened or closed, or if someone is detected in the garage. The new opener even has a camera on it and shows me footage of any garage activity on the app. I felt like a kid at Christmas time after Cody left! I never knew a garage door could bring me so much joy, but I am absolutely in love with the door now. I look forward to going out in my car now just so I can operate the garage door, LOL! When it's time to replace our other garage door opener, we'll definitely be using Precision again. The entire experience from the first phone call to the completion of the repair was fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I came home around 9:00 on Thursday night and could not get into our garage. A neighbor helped me lift open the door so we could get my wife's car out of the garage as she had an early morning appointment the next day. The neighbor helped me look up garage door companies and the reviews for Precision were excellent. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The technician, Ryan Dugan, was in contact with us about when he would arrive. Ryan evaluated the problem, presented 3 options and explained each option to us in detail. We chose to replace everything and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. I highly recommend that if you are in a similar situation, you contact Precision.

My garage door was having a problem: it would not stay closed. I could not solve the problem, so I called Precision Door. They scheduled a service call for the next day. I was contacted by a service technician the next day, who identified himself and gave me the time when he would be there. About an hour before he arrived, he sent a picture of himself, and a link to a Web page which showed his position as he traveled to my home. Upon arrival, he immediately began working on the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I appreciated his professional attitude and technical expertise.

So far very good…Jeremy came by today for an estimate on repairing/replacing the door. Quote on the repair was reasonable and I contracted to have the team come out and do the work. Next step is the repair…actually having cables, rollers, and springs replaced as well as adding a storm blocker.
