When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work. I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!
