Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed.
