Kody contacted me, and we were able to arrange an earlier time than originally scheduled. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the initial problem, as well as some minor maintenance that would improve the door's functioning. Brayden Martin was the technician that came to repair our garage door. He explained everything that caused the malfunction and took to the time to go over our options for repair. While he was here we discussed about possibly replacing the garage door. We wanted a fresh new look. He again took the time to explain the options and upgrades that we could get and by the end of it we decided to go ahead and order a new door. Can't wait to see how it will look once it is in! Would highly recommend using them if you need your garage door serviced or replaced.

WOW a business that is efficient and takes time to help their customers, what a novel idea! I made contact on a weekend evening via Precision's website and had a call WITHIN MINUTES! Several appointments were available and I chose a time which worked best for my schedule. When scheduling they took time to answer my questions and advised I would be CALLED 30 minutes ahead of time. The technician was not only on time but a bit early YES you read that right EARLY. I can't remember the last time I didn't have to wait till the end of a 'window' for someone to show up. Once on site I had all options explained completely to include the mechanics/physics behind a doors workings. The repair didn't take long even on an older door, the tech was courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks for a great job, nice work Brayden!

About as perfect as could be. A tech arrived about three hours after my call, on time and with all the parts needed to fix my garage door. The tech was a real nice person and a credit to the company. He was well trained and made suggestions to improve the door’s operation beyond just replacing the broken spring. It would appear that the replacement parts were of high quality and will last. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door installation or repair.
