We purchased a new Garage Door opener two years ago, and it has been great. The tech at that time showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers on a regular basis; and suggested that a tech come out every couple of years for service and inspect everything. Called almost at noon and they were here 2.5 hours later. They did an inspection and I chose to get 3 new garage door openers since the old ones were almost 30 years old. By 6:30pm they were all done. Could not be happier and these are so quiet compared to the old ones.

Randy Hornberger was very courteous, professional and explained the inspection report, which he performed. He replaced all the rollers on the door and adjusted the bottom cable attachments. He then replaced the 18'6" bottom seal and the 7' white molding that was torn. He also explained thoroughly all that he did. When we had an unexpected failure of one of our garage door springs, we researched all of the garage door companies in our area and, based upon the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews, chose to schedule the repairs with Precision Door. We were not disappointed with the decision. From the ease of online scheduling, excellent communication, prompt service, and a highly skilled technician in Randy Hornberger, our service appointment was top notch. Randy called to confirm he was on the way and arrived on time as promised. He immediately explained the process he would follow beginning with an overall technical and safety inspection, then determine the options for repairs. He was very courteous and thorough, making it easy to understand his recommended repair options, and make choices for the work to be done. He then completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated and reviewed the finished product. The new spring and rollers now have the repaired door operating far better than when it was originally installed. We elected to add new rollers to the second door to give it some additional life, knowing that a future spring replacement is most likely in the future. Overall, we give very high marks to Precision Door and to Randy, and will definitely call them again for any garage door work.

This is our second time calling Precision Garage Door Service and this is our second time feeling absolutely content about the work that was done, the options we were given and our technician, Randy from Hanover. We used Precision about 2 years ago for a broken spring and this time for a new overhead opener. Randy listened to us, provided an inspection, explained what he had found and offered us options. After instillation, Randy went over everything he installed and helped us sync our car to open the garage door. We were not expecting such extensive repairs to be made same day, but they were. Randy was able to complete everything within 2 hours and was absolutely knowledgable and professional.
