We purchased a new Garage Door opener two years ago, and it has been great. The tech at that time showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers on a regular basis; and suggested that a tech come out every couple of years for service and inspect everything. Randy was out today and lubricated everything and tightened anything that was loose. He reviewed everything he did. The service with Precision has been great. Greg

First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

Our garage opener needed a complete new motor and mechanism. Kody explained our options and we realized our new build home had a poor installation and a cheap opener that was never working consistently. We chose to replace what Landmark builders originally had in our garage. Kody was professional and took us thru the inspection after work was finished. Highly recommend Precision Garage!

I had a quick response to get an appointment. My nephew referred me to you as a low cost good garage door company. He also had 1960 door. He had a low cost. I was given $1500 plus for 4 new straps.. The two straps were not needed but the finished job needed afew wheels and the job cost me $1500 plus anyway.. My nephew paid $400/ Joshua did good. I had to do WD40 to get a smooth roll, He informed me what he was doing well prompt and pleasant. Price too high

He was very professional and friendly and explained what he was going to check. Then he told me how much each would cost and why he thought it necessary and gave me the option to decline. Excellent experience, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Getting a same day appointment was easy online. They provided me with a picture and name of the technician before arriving and called before arrival to make sure I was available. They went over my options and answered all of my questions. Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. All of their reviews were outstanding and Precision's replies to the reviews were professional and well thought out, which really impressed me. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.
