Reliable… friendly… professional… I was extremely impressed with the equipment and installation of my garage door opener. When my older system had a spring failure… the motor struggled to operate… bother were welll used and old. My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener. Afterwards Ed reviewed his findings and showed me the damage parts. He then reviewed three different proposals to fix my garage. After choosing the best one with the warranty immediately got to work and within 3 hours I had a functioning garage door back. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone okay

Had to replace a panel in my garage door, service was fast and well done. The installer was very professional and easy to deal with. After that experience I decided to get another door installed in my barn. The person who came up to do the estimate was easy to work with and helped me to figure out how to frame out the placement for the new door, in doing this he helped me save on the cost of the installation of the new door. Which is not something that most companies would do. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable personnel, would recommend them to anyone looking to have door work done.

On July 28, 2021 we had our new garage doors installed by Cody. He fixed everything that I wanted to fix. Eddie came to my home to give me an estimate for new garage doors and openers - he was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Our garage door broke at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with a service tech for the very next morning. Eddie showed up right on time and was super friendly and polite. He did a complete inspection of our door, explained all the issues and then gave us three repair options. Expecting to have to go a few days with the door not working, we were blown away when Eddie told us he could install a new motor and replace the other necessary parts during this same visit as all the required parts were already in his truck. He did so and we had a workable garage door by noon. The door is now quiet and works so much better.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie Hesling. I originally just wanted to replace the backup battery in my Craftsman opener. However, I also pointed out to Eddie that the door was rattling, and while he was here the opener made a horrible grinding noise while opening. Eddie assured me that part of his job was to inspect the entire system. After he did, he showed me that the spring had been installed incorrectly last fall (by another company) and that the motor gears on my 5-year old opener were grinding. He gave me several options to choose from, but I elected to replace the entire opener and spring with some new parts on the door itself. I truly didn't realize how bad my door opener was until Eddie finished the install today. It is so quiet and smooth running. I am so pleased and feel confident that I have found an excellent company with incredible service and I will contract with them for additional work in the future. And by the way, Eddie is a lovely young man and really knows what he is about.
