Your rep gave us a price of$1200 to replace the frame of our garage door. He said approximately 2 weeks we would hear something. We charged $600 for the work to be done.That was on 26 March. I finally changed out our chain driven garage doors for belt driven. My old doors were so loud but we are amazed at how quiet these are! Steve, our tech, did a great job, excellent communication and reset all of the remotes and homelink in the car. He was very patient with all of my questions. We have previously used precision door for spring and roller replacement. Highly recommend all of their services and technicians!!

I called today and talked to Nick for a service checkup and to check the exterior weather stripping, He had a Tech available Today. Steve Davis came and did the checkup, replaced a few worn things and scheduled the exterior mouldings and weather stripping replacement. The door goes up and down SO QUIETLY Wow, Great Job!!!!

I highly recommend this company!!! 24/7 service is awesome!!! The technician, Andonia Bennett, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door opener, which was from 1992, went bad. He replaced it with a new opener, and new remotes and even added what I call safety "eyes" to keep the door from accidentally coming down on a thing or a person!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased and the door now works like a charm!!! And, it's a lot quieter!!!

Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

I haven't used a Garage Door repair service before and came across Precision online. From the scheduling process, appointment confirmations, work being done, etc. - the entire experience was outstanding. I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

I called yesterday at 3:30 pm and your tech Henry Storm was here this morning at 10am sharp. He had called 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. After some safety review of my doors he replaced 4 pulleys on my doors, 2each, because others were worn. We discussed cable replacement which can be done at a later date if needed. Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.
