You met my expectations and you solved the problem. Henry Storm was courteous, professional and helpful (because he had to deal on & off with my 3 mutts!!!) LOL You guys are the best!!! And I love that you're available 24/7 to set up an appointment, and it has been, thru my 2 emergency experiences with Precision, that it is ALWAYS the next day and usually at an appropriate time slot!!! IMO reasonably priced, too.

I had seen advertisements for Precision on tv and when I needed work on my garage door I tried them. They were able to make an appointment with me right away and I was given a great estimate. The work was done that day and both of the specialists were so friendly and worked well together. I was very satisfied with their work and timeliness. Would recommend to everyone.

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

My service person was a very nice, polite young man named Justin! I explained my problem to him and he went out to check them out, Came back and we talked about different options that I could choose from.(was not pushy), I chose one and he said he would get right on it! WOW is all I can say, did the job in no time what so ever. I would choose Precision Door again if I would need my other door fixed! Thank you very much Justin!

Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I chose you because I liked your tv advertisement. I was impressed by the immediate scheduling to make my repair. Justin was very respectful and thorough. He made temporary repairs as the equipment is 25 yr old and in need on replacement parts and adjustments. He was able to make temporary repairs and get my door functional until proper repairs can be made. He and his wife are Christian and it shows in his attitude and performance. I am very pleased with the service your company has provided. You have a professional appearing informational website when I Googled garage door repairs. Your phone receptionist was professional and accommodating. Your service man arrived within the realm of expected hours. He was personable, professional, and maintained a social distance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago. Chad completed the repairs very well, my garage door has never gone up and down so smoothly, and I know I don't have to fear broken garage door return springs anytime soon. I am very pleased with the quality of your repairs, and the way that your repair persons conduct themselves. I would heartily recommend your firm to friends or relatives when the time comes for them to have essential repairs. Also, you seem to have hired extremely qualified service personnel, who are real people, and can communicate in a professional and understandable way. I think Chad deserves a raise!
