Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I chose you because I liked your tv advertisement. I was impressed by the immediate scheduling to make my repair. Justin was very respectful and thorough. He made temporary repairs as the equipment is 25 yr old and in need on replacement parts and adjustments. He was able to make temporary repairs and get my door functional until proper repairs can be made. He and his wife are Christian and it shows in his attitude and performance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago.
