This review is for Lancaster County: I was awakened at 6:30am by what sounded like my house falling apart, however after some of my own inspection I discovered the spring on my 16ft garage door had snapped (it was only 8 years old and had been installed as part of the new build). I had always heard good things about Precision so I called them around 8:45am. By 12 noon, Taylor, the technician was standing in my garage. He was very personable, thorough, and recommended several options to not only fix the existing problem but some issues with the second garage door. By 4pm, both doors were working like they were brand new. In today’s age what more can you ask for? I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I spoke to at the company. I am sure you already know this but Taylor is a special young man. You should be very proud to have him representing your company! Thank You again for all the great work and quick response.

A company is just a building with parts, it’s the service technicians that can make or break a business. I had Taylor here today and I cannot say enough good stuff about this young man. He took his time and explained everything to me and allow me to make a decision based on my own financial situation. After the job was completed. He took the time and showed me all that he fixed and how well the door was working now. If I was the owner of this business, I would for sure hold onto that young man or he will make you a lot of business just by his knowledge, kindness, and just down to earth person thank you, Taylor

response to my issue was same day, and Taylor was excellent. He went over everything he was going to do. When finished he reviewed it with me and showed me how to use the smart control panel. Panel was replaced under warranty which is always nice when a company offers lifetime service and replacement.

This was the second time using Precision,I scheduled online with same day service. The technician Taylor called me and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame, which worked out well for me. Taylor introduced himself and asked what problems I was having with the door. Taylor told me he would do a full inspection and then he would review what he found The key pad needed replaced due to the batteries being corroded, the spring needed retentioned and the rollers needed lubricated All work was completed in a timely and safe manner

The teck was surly a good service person and know what he was doing. The biggest problem I have is that the door was just ove 1 year old and has been making the noise for awhile and I didn't know how to oil and where or when?

Taylor F. called before the appointment to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. He showed me the problem with the garage door keypad and replaced it. He also pointed out his other concerns with my garage doors internal springs and rollers. I will address these issues in a few months and will call Precision. Taylor was professional and efficient. The installer, Taylor, came a bit early, which I appreciated. He explained what the problem was and made recommendations to help rectify the problem. He was very professional and courteous. He knew what he was talking about and didn't sound like he was trying to rip me off. The installation had a lifetime warranty.
