I saw the ads on Tv about quick and friendly service and that’s exactly what i got. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday 12-2:00 appointment range. Tuesday at 11:20 Josh called me and said he could be there by 11:40 if that was ok. He pulled in at 11:40 and got started assessing my job at hand, made suggestions of different price ranges i could pick from to fix my door issues. He was quick, friendly and their prices are good as well. Door works great and much quieter than it was. I will use them again in the future if needed.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.

Used your service a few years ago for a broken spring. Jerry did the work then and did the work yesterday to replace the gear shaft in the Lift Chamberlain opener. They came to my house to fix my garage door within a day when the company I have been working with for 25 years told me they couldn't come to replace the springs for 9 days. I liked that Kenny gave me 3 options for repairs & replace the motor due to it's age. Kenny also was kind enough to put my mom's car back in our garage due to it raining hard when he was finished. The staff was very professional.He was very clear in the information I needed so I can make the decision I needed to make. All the mechanical parts and motor were replaced.
