Called almost at noon and they were here 2.5 hours later. They did an inspection and I chose to get 3 new garage door openers since the old ones were almost 30 years old. By 6:30pm they were all done. Could not be happier and these are so quiet compared to the old ones.

I was shocked at how quickly I could get an appointment and how easy it was to schedule online. Ryan did a great job diagnosing our issue and offering different options. He was able to install a new setup for us while he was here in just a few hours. No one likes spending money on something out of the blue, but when the product and service are great, at least you feel good about the process and outcome. Kudos to Precision.

We were having problems with our three-year old, builder installed, low-end garage door opener. We called Precision because a neighbor had similar problems and recommended them. Someone was at our house within two hours and had everything with him to do the job right away. While our neighbors did a fix; we got a whole new, high-end system. It has a quiet rubber coated belt, works with MyQ, has a backup battery, a lifetime warranty, and other features. We were not pressured to buy this; all alternatives were presented to us. The technician, Josh, was excellent.

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door Service. I had saved their Val-pak coupon. One of my two doors was working, but inconsistent with a smooth lift. Jerry Eldreth and his associate Technician throughly diagnosed this and my second door. Then provided me with 3 options for repair. Jerry kept me up to date with all key issues or unexpected repairs. I’m thoroughly impressed with the repairs and Precision will be my go to service. And if possible Jerry my dedicated Technician.
