My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

Very professional from the service call to the completion of the job. It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues. In the end Jerry replaced what he explained to me plus we had him install a belt drive opener. Thanks to Jerry and the team at Precision

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way.
