We were in need of fairly emergent service as our garage door spring and wires had snapped and we could not get the door open. Precision was our first call and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The two service techs, Jerry and Dave, were two of the most professional and respectful young men. Jerry explained everything completely to us and knew exactly what he was doing. If anyone needs garage door repairs, I would highly recommend Precision. Ryan was on time for our appointment. He kept us informed of his status on the project and it was my decision to replace rather than repair the existing opener. After replacement Ryan thoroughly explained the new opener. He was professional in his approach and the install, ever n though he was doing the work during quite a heavy rainstorm.

Called almost at noon and they were here 2.5 hours later. They did an inspection and I chose to get 3 new garage door openers since the old ones were almost 30 years old. By 6:30pm they were all done. Could not be happier and these are so quiet compared to the old ones.
