Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns. He was able to make the repairs within a few hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

I have had Precisions Door work on my garage door three times now and have found the service techs very good and informative. The most recent service included adding all new motors and accessories. Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Jerry gave me multiple options with the features I was interested in and answered all of my questions. They promptly scheduled me back in when I noted I was having issues with the sensors in the sun. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The install was top notch and the technicians are professional.
