I called at 1:00 pm and Josh and Ty were at our house by 2:30, They diagnosed the problem, made all the fixes and were finished by 3:30. They were courteous and fully explained what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. We will call Precision again if the need arises.

Very helpful. Was honest about door and opener condition. The circuit board in the opener was damaged due to heat spark, so decision made to replace entire opener and accessories. The new system works great and is an upgrade over what we had in place. Time to replace. The tech checked all other parts of the door assembly and balanced the door, lubricated rollers and springs. It is quiet and works well. Hope new stuff under warranty. Thanks.

Fantastic response to my broken door spring. The technician was the nicest and most knowledgeable repair person I’ve ever had come to my house (including plumbers, electricians, hvac)! He showed up right on time and fixed the problem in no time. I never had a problem with the garage doors before but I will definitely call Precision Door again if I ever have another issue with them! 5 stars – top-notch quality and service! I sent a request to Precision last night and they were here the very next day to quote and install two new garage door openers. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget. We ended up upgrading to new belt-drive openers with all the modern features, and the difference is incredible. Josh was a true professional—courteous, efficient, and he walked me through setting up all the new remotes and features.
