I was throughly impressed with Josh the technician that came to my property. He was professional and answered all of my questions with great detail. He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. I am VERY happy with the end product they installed and my only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner! I would highly recommend their service and I felt that I received the products for a very fair price.

Advised me of which service is most important. Service call for today wasn’t that expensive, but subsequent services seemed quite high. I now feel educated on what I need to do to keep my garage door opener working well.

We had such a good experience with Precision! Our garage metal frame was bent, from a gentle bump from one of your cars. The garage door then would not close because the sensors were off. It was a safety hazard, as we didn’t want to door open overnight. We called Precision and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He was very polite and fixed the door quickly. Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. Very nice young man.

We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!
