We cannot say enough about Josh and Precision! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment—literally online. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way. Once he arrived, he did a full safety inspection and replaced everything we expected would need to be fixed. He worked quickly and kept us informed about everything he was doing, as well as what to expect once the job was complete. We will definitely recommend Precision and Josh to anyone!

Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. Brandon Phillips arrived well ahead of the scheduled time and completed the repairs before he was even scheduled to arrive.
