5 stars – top-notch quality and service! I sent a request to Precision last night and they were here the very next day to quote and install two new garage door openers. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget. We ended up upgrading to new belt-drive openers with all the modern features, and the difference is incredible. Josh was a true professional—courteous, efficient, and he walked me through setting up all the new remotes and features.
