After a few phone calls and reviewing reviews of companies and checking to see average rates via the internet. My first call was to precision door company. The gentleman on the phone asked a few pertinent question and agreed to send a technician between 4 & 6 pm to do an absolutely free estimate. At precisely 4 pm. His name was TY, a young man who was well spoken, respectful and answered all my questions succinctly and explained clearly what may be done . after his very thorough inspection found the issue and advised of what had to be done. The result was a new opener He had the necessary parts and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and surprisingly, he completed the job cleanly , programmed the unit and made sure the safety height that tripped the door from closing to accommodate my small dogs to trip the safety S as not to harm the little ones. I considered he went above and beyond . he truly is the epitome Of a representative and technician any business would want. The opener works very good also!

I sent Precision Garage Door Service of Central Pa. a message after 4:00 to get an estimate for replacing my garage door opener. Must to my surprise, someone called me back in less than 30 minutes and gave me several options for a 2 hour window in which Ryan could be out the next day Ryan called even before the 2 hour window to give me a more specific time frame and continued to keep me informed about when he would be there. Once he arrived, he did not just go right into selling me a new opener. Instead, he did a complete safety inspection, explained in detail why I was having an issue, and gave me 3 options. I opted to purchase a new opener and Ryan was able to install it that day, even though it meant he stayed past 6:30p.m. When he was done with the installation, he made sure I understood how everything worked and helped me to install the app. Ryan was both friendly and professional. I was impressed with his knowledge and appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I needed. I now have a new quiet garage door opener and know who I can call in the future if I have any issues with my garage door.

I have seen Precision Garage Door commercials on television many times, I called the company and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, I received a text with the name and picture of the technician who was coming to my house. When the technician arrived, I was greeted with a big smile and the tech introduced his self as Josh. I explained to Josh what my concerns were, hearing an extremely loud noise when the garage door was opened or closed. Josh, took the the time to explain to me what was causing the noise, and what my options were to reduces the noise. I told Josh which option I wanted, and he started the work. I really felt comfortable talking to Josh, he is a consummate professional, that has excellent interpersonal skills. When Josh completed the work, I was very happy, my garage door was opening and closing in the "silent" mode. Wow. now my neighbors don't have to hear every time I open or close my garage door. We were in need of fairly emergent service as our garage door spring and wires had snapped and we could not get the door open.
