I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I just had an hour ago. Josh Fink is not only professional about correcting the problem but he is a gentleman I feel very comfortable having in my house. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns. He was able to make the repairs within a few hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

I have had Precisions Door work on my garage door three times now and have found the service techs very good and informative. The most recent service included adding all new motors and accessories. Ryan was very personable and did a great job explaining all the options. The work he did was excellent and after he was finished, he went over everything with me. Very professional young man. I have been in sales and marketing for over 45 years, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. A job well done.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.
