My time estimate was 12 to 2. Henry called at 12 and said he would be here by 12:30. He arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He asked about the problem and then checked out the door. He gave me a repair price and said it would take him about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to make the repairs. When he finished he showed me what he had done and made sure everything was working before he left. I would definitely use this company again

My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Called Sat. 3/14/20, serviceman came Sun. morning 3/15/20 at 8 AM. Inspected what was wrong, a broken cable. Gave me 3 choices for quotes to fix it. Just to come to the house was a $59 fee. All total the price to replace the 2 cables, I only needed one and 2 pulleys which I really didn't need at all plus labor was $259. Way over priced but I let the Tech Zac do the repair. Good work but OVERPRICED. Had another price for $135 total but when Precision told me $59 plus parts and labor I figured it would have been the same or less. Will NEVER use them again due to HIGH PRICE.

My garage door cable snapped and not knowing who to contact for repairs, I Googled door repair ervices and noticed Precision had quite a few offered services with 24hr. call, so I put in a call around 1:00 and I was emailed a response within 1 hour about a service tech coming out between 3 & 5 the same day. He called around 4 saying he was running a little late, so I changed the appt. for the next day....They would be there at 8 and right at 8:00 the service tech was there. He inspected our door, explained 3 options for repairs and and by 9:15 he was done! I am highly recommending Pecision Door for any replacement/repair work that needs to be done. Very efficient, friendly and knowlegable. It doesn't get any better then this.
