I came home around 9:00 on Thursday night and could not get into our garage. A neighbor helped me lift open the door so we could get my wife's car out of the garage as she had an early morning appointment the next day. This could have been a very different review. I have an email from Jeremy confirming my 10am appt for August 1st. When no one was there at 10:15, I called. I spoke with Steven who was amazing! He found a technician that could be at the home by 11am. You see, I purchased my home yesterday and am not living there yet so this could have been a major inconvenience.
