He was able to install a new setup for us while he was here in just a few hours. Communication was clear and easy. We were able to schedule an appointment the day we called. A call saying on my way was helpful and Ryan, our technician, arrived early. He completed a thorough inspection and clearly explained our potential issues and options. We chose to install a new opener and he completed the job the same evening working until 7:30 pm. Helped program the controller in the car and keypad. Sprayed the hinges and rollers and was on his way. One of the best service experiences we have ever had!!! Just fantastic!

Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. We love the option of being able to open the garage door from the outside with a code. He did an amazing job! We are very pleased!

Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work.
