Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. Very nice young man.

When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work. This could have been a very different review. I have an email from Jeremy confirming my 10am appt for August 1st. When no one was there at 10:15, I called. I spoke with Steven who was amazing! He found a technician that could be at the home by 11am. You see, I purchased my home yesterday and am not living there yet so this could have been a major inconvenience.
