I moved into a new home and the garage door had been giving the previous homeowner some issues. I knew this prior to my move-in day, but was frustrated at the inconsistency and reliability of the garage door the first week I was in the house. I called Precision at the recommendation of a family member. They arrived within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and provided me with 4 different options for the repair. Jerry was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours, my garage door was operating like new again! Highly recommend Jerry AND Precision. Stay positive, Jerry!

Wonderful experience, our opener died and left door open one foot and we hit it when we entered the garage knockingthe door off the tracks. Called next day and got same day service technician was excellent. We went over options or repair vs replace and since unit was 20 years old we decided to have a new one installed. He had the unit in his truck and completed the job, fully within 2 hours, Easy peasy. Very happy with the whole experience.

Precision did my garage door install and it's a big improvement over my old garage door. The new door looks great. Rick and Travis did a great job on the install and I am totally satisfied with their work. Pricing was very good also. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door(s). Thanks !

Very pleased with Jerry. This has been on my lis5 for a long time. My opener has been noisy and the door came down crooked. It Now it is quiet and straight. Working with Jerry was a pleasure.

Technician Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time for our Service appointment. Our linear keypad needed replaced. Jerry checked over the control panel/remotes as well. He explained our warranty and offered service options for consideration. Jerry was very polite and very professional! Highly recommended to handle any garage door concerns!

We called Precision after viewing their website. Customer service set up an immediate appointment that suit our time frame. Upon arrival, Service Tech Dan Madison carefully listened to our concern. After a very detailed safety inspection, the problems were identified. Dan reviewed several options to correct the repair. The service was performed immediately. Very professional and courteous. Great products and great service!
