We were having problems with our three-year old, builder installed, low-end garage door opener. We called Precision because a neighbor had similar problems and recommended them. Someone was at our house within two hours and had everything with him to do the job right away. While our neighbors did a fix; we got a whole new, high-end system. It has a quiet rubber coated belt, works with MyQ, has a backup battery, a lifetime warranty, and other features. We were not pressured to buy this; all alternatives were presented to us. The technician, Josh, was excellent.

My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

This week began with my garage door needing repair. I had seen the Precision commercials and knew exactly who to call. Nick answered the phone and got the process going, he scheduled a time for Jerry to come based on my needs and availability. They texted updates throughout the day and right on time Jerry arrived. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun to have around. He got the job done! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They turned a bad day into a great day!

I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.

I moved into a new home and the garage door had been giving the previous homeowner some issues. Wonderful experience, our opener died and left door open one foot and we hit it when we entered the garage knockingthe door off the tracks. Called next day and got same day service technician was excellent. We went over options or repair vs replace and since unit was 20 years old we decided to have a new one installed. He had the unit in his truck and completed the job, fully within 2 hours, Easy peasy. Very happy with the whole experience.

Precision did my garage door install and it's a big improvement over my old garage door. The new door looks great. Technician Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time for our Service appointment. Our linear keypad needed replaced. Jerry checked over the control panel/remotes as well.
