When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. He was there for almost 5 hours. He showed us all that was done, explained the warranty and even said we could call him if needed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. Ty arrived early and I explained the issue with garage remotes and keypad. He checked the old motor and remotes and quickly discussed the age of the motor, which was quite old. Worked up cost of new motor and bearings and explained the process in detail. Decided to put new motor in and he got to work. When finished he explained remotes and keypad along with things to look out for - light at bottom. I was ecstatic the new motor was so quiet I barely realized it was working.
