Called Precision Door at 6:30am and they were at our home repairing our garage door at 8:20am, the same day. Tye arrived and got out of his truck and introduced himself. Tye examined the broken garage door, taking pictures and notes. Tye explained what was broken and needed repairs and further showed me exactly what was needed. Tye worked up a quote and presented e options. We selected the option we wanted. The quotes very reasonable. Tye completed the repairs and had the garage door working, in less than an hour. We Tye was finished; he was washing the outside of the garage door. I asked him what he was doing, and he stated that when the work on garage doors, they sometimes get dirt, from their hands on the outside of the garage door, and he wanted to make it right. It was 96 degrees outside. Tye is a nice young man, very friendly and polite. He is an asset to the Precision Garage Door. This was the first time we have used Precision Garage Door. We will be using Precision Garage Door for any future garage door repairs. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Tye from Precision Garage Door. A company is only as good as their employees, and they are the ones doing the work and customer service and certainly the face of the company. Tye did an excellent job and Precision Garage Door should be proud of Tye. I presume the other repair pople from Precision Garage Door are the same caliber as Tye.

I had a busy day planned with errands to run and appointments. Of course today was the day my garage door wouldn't open! I called the company that installed the door. Their reply was.they would try to get there today or tomorrow. I called Presision Door as they installed a door on my previous home. Fortunately they were able to get to me within 2 hours. Ty called 10 minutes later and said he could get to me in 40 minutes! Ty saved my busy day and did a fantastic job!

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. Ty arrived early and I explained the issue with garage remotes and keypad. He checked the old motor and remotes and quickly discussed the age of the motor, which was quite old. Worked up cost of new motor and bearings and explained the process in detail. Decided to put new motor in and he got to work. When finished he explained remotes and keypad along with things to look out for - light at bottom. I was ecstatic the new motor was so quiet I barely realized it was working. Very impressed with his attention to detail and cleanup. Great personality. Thanks for sending him.
