This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. A person answered the phone, made the service appointment and they were there when they said they would be. We had a very old garage door system which needed replaced and the technician, Josh, was very nice and did a great job and explained everything to us. And, an added bonus was that we got a military discount. Thank you.

Precision quickly, courteously, and expertly did a minor repair to our garage door. The door got bent at the bottom with a hit from our car before the door was completely up. Precision's "book online" feature was easy to use and brought us a technician in 4 hours who gave us options and then did the repair to get us functional. Jerry Eldreth was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave options, but no pressure (which I had braced for!) for a new door--even though ours is 30 years old. When its time for a new door--or another repair--we'll gladly go back to Precision. They're doing business right!

Thanks to Dan Madison our garage door is now working better than ever. He arrived within the timeline we were given over the phone. He called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full assessment of your door and parts. We wanted a new opener with all the new upgrades, keypad, and new spring to replace the old ones we had. He put on new rollers too. Works like a charm. He programmed the home link in our car for the new opener too. Very pleased that he had everything we needed on his truck so the job was completed in a couple of hours. Now have a 10 year warranty on the parts. Would highly recommend this company. Dan even put our pots and snow blower back in our garage for us. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. ????????

I found Precision online after trying to contact the company that had originally installed our door two times with no call back. The motor had been burned out during a storm and the technician gave us several choices of replacement products. After careful explanation of the pros and cons of each new motor, my husband and I decided on one and not too long after that we had a working garage door once again. I was very pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service we received.

Very professional and responsive service provided by Jerry and his helper. Their inspection identified additional work (cable and hinge replacement) beyond broken spring repair that definitely needed to be done. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Precision is our new garage door company going forward.
