On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained so well what needed to be done, as well as other options. He replaced the spring and installed new rollers. Now, my twenty year old garage door operates quieter than ever. Our garage door motor needed repaired, a cable was broken and we really needed a lot of work done to remedy our outdated opener. Our call to Precision was answered by a friendly voice and an appointment was scheduled the next day. Josh and Benji were awesome! As a new resident to the area, I had the unfortunate experience of the garage door spring breaking. I noticed my neighbor had service recently completed by Precision Garage Door. I called the number provided off of the website and was greeted by a friendly "Nick" who was very prompt in answering the call and providing a service request between noon and 2 pm for the same day. I was advised that Jerry would be calling prior to his arrival. Sure enough Jerry called shortly after noon and said his arrival time would be within 15 minutes. Jerry Eldreth was extremely polite and very informative after observing and evaluating both of my garage door openers, rails and all moving parts. The obvious replacement of the one door spring was required but Jerry ensured both door systems were in good working order, lubricated everything, made proper adjustments and had me up and running on the broken side within an hour of his arrival. The previous homeowner failed to leave literature behind as to the age of both openers, but Jerry was able to advise manufacture dates and provide a pretty good estimate as to installation based on the age of the home. Excellent work and well-versed technician. Top notch service by Jerry
