The technician, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and transparent on the options and costs up front. He was very thorough on his inspection and didn't pressure us to make one decision over another. He worked efficiently and quickly troubleshooted a last-minute issue. The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.
