We called Precision Garage Door Service early on a Monday morning because our very old garage door had finally stopped working, just as we had to leave on a trip to Vermont. We were happily surprised that they could send an employee, Jerry Edlreth, to look over the situation in just a few hours! Soon after Jerry arrived, he sent us photographs and began explaining to us what went wrong and what he could do to fix it. He carefully explained the various options we had, and when we made our decision, he spent the next several hours doing exactly what we wanted. He was very kind, friendly, and professional throughout the day--even though our garage is not air conditioned and the temperature was near 100 degrees! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

My home warranty company recommended a couple of their preferred vendors and they were located in MD and had subpar reviews. Jerry Eldreth was my technician and he provided a very clear explanation of his inspection and was extremely thorough and professional in each detail of my repair. His customer focused, honest approach, gave me a comfort level that I was making the right choice in having my garage door opener replaced. I had 2 garage doors > 22years old. Needed to try and save some money, so technician replaced the openers but salvaged as much as possible to save some money. Was able to keep most hardware, but replaced all essential safety items. Was able to assess and install in one day, done by 6:00PM. THIS WAS GREAT FIX, COMPETITIVELY PRICED, and the technician updated me throughout explaining steps with attention to safety. Worth every penny and worth the time. Even with old parts and the original doors in place the new system is virtually SILENT. We now have to look to ensure the doors are shut, not because their broken, but because they are fixed and silent. Thanks

Our garage doors were becoming less and less efficient. I called Precision because they service the type of garage door openers that we have. My technician, Blake Fischer came a few hours after my call. He thoroughly explained every detail of our garage doors, and why they had broken down over the 19 years and were working so inefficiently. He gave me a very fair price, and I decided to replace all the components and the unit motors for both of my garages. I was astounded by how quiet and smooth everything operated when he finished. I don’t think I could be any happier with the work and Precision garage door service!
