I was shocked at how quickly I could get an appointment and how easy it was to schedule online. Ryan did a great job diagnosing our issue and offering different options. He was able to install a new setup for us while he was here in just a few hours. No one likes spending money on something out of the blue, but when the product and service are great, at least you feel good about the process and outcome. Kudos to Precision.

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door Service. I had saved their Val-pak coupon. One of my two doors was working, but inconsistent with a smooth lift. Jerry Eldreth and his associate Technician throughly diagnosed this and my second door. Then provided me with 3 options for repair. Jerry kept me up to date with all key issues or unexpected repairs. I’m thoroughly impressed with the repairs and Precision will be my go to service. And if possible Jerry my dedicated Technician.

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. I was throughly impressed with Josh the technician that came to my property. He was professional and answered all of my questions with great detail. He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. I am VERY happy with the end product they installed and my only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner!
