Jeremy the Sales Rep was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and went out of his way numerous times to help me understand the purchase(s) and the process, etc. He was extremely trustworthy and was not pushy or talking me into a sale that I was unsure of. The technician Josh Hercher was AMAZING and very professional as well. He was very focused on doing the best job installing and he did so!! He does amazing work!! He took time out to explain the door opener and show me how to open door if electric would go out. He explained things I would have never thought of until he drove away. There was absolutely no mess to clean up at all!! His helper was just as sufficient (sorry I can't remember his name). 5 star rating from Karen Carbaugh

Randy was very courteous, professional and explained the inspection report, which he performed. After completion of doing the install and repairing the tracks of the door, he also explained thoroughly all that he did. Very satisfied with his work ethic.

I needed service on my garage door opener to correct the connectivity to my remote devices and the punch pad, as well as a general inspection and remediation of the entire lift assembly which was operating somewhat sub optimally. It was easy to schedule and they actually came out the same day I called. Justin was terrific; very personable and a good communicator! He explained the process clearly, performed a thorough inspection and suggested solutions. He very efficiently fixed the problems, performed needed maintenance and improved the performance of the lift. Very satisfied and will use them again as needed.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Showed in the scheduled time. The service techs were very nice. Looked at out door and in About 15 to 20 minutes they had figured out everything that needed fixed. Provided several options on what they could do. No pressure for any kind of upgrades. Just a straight forward list of repair options and different costs. Once we selected the option we wanted they went to work and finished up in about 1 hour.

Excellent service! I asked for an inspection of my garage door and opener, routine maintenance service and an estimate for any required repairs. The technician, Shane, was on time, gave me an easily understood explanation of my system and inspection results, answered my questions thoroughly and provided service options and a recommendation. He quickly performed the routine maintenance service and provided his recommendation for future user maintenance and professional service intervals. I had exactly what I needed done at reasonable cost without any pressure to purchase additional services. Totally professional experience from beginning to end.
