I had other garage door companies, but precision was awesome. Called them on a Sunday. To leave a message about fixing my garage door. They were out the next day to repair the garage door.the tech was Awesome very knowledgeable. Had a job done in no time at all. It will be Precision, I call from now on.

I have never used Precision door service before but called because my 1 door opener wasn't working. A technician came out , told me what the problem was and I decided to get 2 new garage door openers. The technician was prompt, kind and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them.

My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

I called a little after 7 AM to schedule an appointment for a broken spring and Jordan had everything back in working order before noon. He did an outstanding job going over all the repair options and explained things in a very friendly and courteous manner. His skill and workmanship were top notch.
