We purchased a new Garage Door opener two years ago, and it has been great. The tech at that time showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers on a regular basis; and suggested that a tech come out every couple of years for service and inspect everything. Randy was out today and lubricated everything and tightened anything that was loose. He reviewed everything he did. The service with Precision has been great. Greg

First I was so Thankful that Precision had an open appointment on 08/11/26 to fit me in to have my garage door remotes re-set and my security code update. Cody was the technician assigned to me and he was very communicative and polite. He called me earlier than the original time frame as his earlier calls didn't take as long as expected and he was able to come down a little earlier. When he arrived he was very courteous, asked me about the issues I was having, and took his time explaining what could and would be done. He also explained what he was doing as he went along and was successful in completing the re-sets and the standard equipment inspection, including some things to watch for as the system ages. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, and a good people-person. I will definitely use you all in the future if anything comes up with my garage door system. THANK YOU CODY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

This IS a professional outfit! Our garage door, out of balance, needed some adjusting. I thought one of the springs might break and damage the car, my wife or me. Their tech assessed the door opener equipment and explained my options. I chose to have everything replaced - motor, rails, springs, cables, rollers, remotes,/keypad etc. Great job! The door is now silent and works like new. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Called Precision Door at 6:30am and they were at our home repairing our garage door at 8:20am, the same day. Tye arrived and got out of his truck and introduced himself. Tye examined the broken garage door, taking pictures and notes. Tye explained what was broken and needed repairs and further showed me exactly what was needed. Tye worked up a quote and presented e options. We selected the option we wanted. The quotes very reasonable. Tye completed the repairs and had the garage door working, in less than an hour. We Tye was finished; he was washing the outside of the garage door. I asked him what he was doing, and he stated that when the work on garage doors, they sometimes get dirt, from their hands on the outside of the garage door, and he wanted to make it right. It was 96 degrees outside. Tye is a nice young man, very friendly and polite. He is an asset to the Precision Garage Door. This was the first time we have used Precision Garage Door. We will be using Precision Garage Door for any future garage door repairs. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Tye from Precision Garage Door. A company is only as good as their employees, and they are the ones doing the work and customer service and certainly the face of the company. Tye did an excellent job and Precision Garage Door should be proud of Tye. I presume the other repair pople from Precision Garage Door are the same caliber as Tye.

Incredibly fast response. After I called, the assigned tech (Dalton) contacted me within a few minutes and said he would arrive in about 30 minutes. Two hours later he was done and I had a brand garage door opener installed. Done right, at a fair price in an insanely quick manner.

I had an excellent experience wth Dalton for the garage door 25 point inspection plus a resolution to the safety device. He followed up on the next day to explain the lock button on the wall switch which I had a misunderstanding about. Dalton did arrive within 1to 2 hours each day after I called which I found was amazing! Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone for service with your company!

First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly.
