Garage door needed repair and I contacted Precision for service appointment. Made contact at 11 am and service tech was there by 1:45pm. Inspected the door and opener, provided 3 service options to get the door returned to service. Clearly explained differences between the 3 options to help with my decision. Tech completed replacement of necessary items and all repairs within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the quality of work and interface with he service tech. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment.

I have never used Precision door service before but called because my 1 door opener wasn't working. A technician came out , told me what the problem was and I decided to get 2 new garage door openers. The technician was prompt, kind and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them.

So it's 4:30 Sunday afternoon and I've just discovered the main spring on the garage door snapped freaking my wife and dogs out. TO the internet I go to find someone who could repair. Precision comes up in my search and has 1500 reviews with 5-stars. Gotta be true since it's on the internet huh. I made the call and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady. I explained the situation and asked when someone would be able to come out. I was interested in either repair of what I have or replacement of the entire system. It was 25 years old. To my surprised she said "How about tomorrow at 8am???" Sign me up!!! Next morning Chad is onsite to assess the situation. Told him I was open to all options. After his assessment he gave me 4 potions. I asked what the lead time was and he responded "I can do it all today." Holy crap folks...lol I picked my choice of options and he went to work. 5 hours later....I am parking my Jeep and wife's car back in the garage with new lifts, replaced rollers, springs, etc....for BOTH of the doors. Figured might as well fix it all. Most likely the easiest 5 start rating I have given. Professionalism and customer service were through the roof. Would highly recommend.

Our garage opener needed a complete new motor and mechanism. Kody explained our options and we realized our new build home had a poor installation and a cheap opener that was never working consistently. Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!
