First I was so Thankful that Precision had an open appointment on 08/11/26 to fit me in to have my garage door remotes re-set and my security code update. Cody was the technician assigned to me and he was very communicative and polite. He called me earlier than the original time frame as his earlier calls didn't take as long as expected and he was able to come down a little earlier. When he arrived he was very courteous, asked me about the issues I was having, and took his time explaining what could and would be done. He also explained what he was doing as he went along and was successful in completing the re-sets and the standard equipment inspection, including some things to watch for as the system ages. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, and a good people-person. I will definitely use you all in the future if anything comes up with my garage door system. THANK YOU CODY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I had an excellent experience wth Dalton for the garage door 25 point inspection plus a resolution to the safety device. He followed up on the next day to explain the lock button on the wall switch which I had a misunderstanding about. Dalton did arrive within 1to 2 hours each day after I called which I found was amazing! Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone for service with your company!

Garage door needed repair and I contacted Precision for service appointment. Made contact at 11 am and service tech was there by 1:45pm. Inspected the door and opener, provided 3 service options to get the door returned to service. Clearly explained differences between the 3 options to help with my decision. Tech completed replacement of necessary items and all repairs within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the quality of work and interface with he service tech. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment.

Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! I was very pleased with how fast you got there and made the repairs. Your service technician was great and him gave me three different repair options that came with different types of warranties. The repairs were done in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, especially in an emergency situation. We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!

I saw your commercial on TV and thought I would get a price for my broken spring. I liken your company to like going to get my tires rotated and they tell me I need this and that. They looked at my door and gave me we 3 prices up to $1200 and the cheapest being around $800. I asked how much just fix my broken spring (which I was replacing both at the same time) and he gave me a price of $762 I declined the work and went with a local door service (Cornwell door service) and they replaced both springs and the cables also for $505. A savings of over $250 plus what the cables would have cost me. Cornwells technician which worked there for 40 years said the other work was not necessary that your technician quoted me a price for.
