I had a very general understanding about garage openers and did not want to go through the run around with people who were upcharging me on products I did not need and I also wanted the mindfulness of having a reliable contact in case anything did go wrong. Precision was the first and only number I called when going through this process and everything went smoothly - from the initial call to get set up (BTW the best hold music of ALL TIME) to having Justin Cooney come out and explain and install the two door garage openers. I hope my neighbors took note of this when Justin was here because he should have advertised on my lawn and I will vouch for this company forever! Great work, fair prices, and tremendous staff.

Review:

Called in the morning, appointment set up between 12 and 2. Tech arrived at 1. Reviewed our concerns with him. He checked all pieces and parts of the garage door and opener. He then went over everything with us. We chose to go with a new and quiet opener. Installation was completed the same day. Tech explained all the workings of the opener and programmed the Home Link in the car. Very processional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely call this company for your garage door and garage opener needs!
