Nia has been a professional carpenter since 2010 and even owned his own appliance delivery company from 2016 to 2019. He came to PDS with a wealth of knowledge under his belt and has only continued to grow since then. Not only does he have a great amount of expertise, but takes great pride in his personable approach and outstanding rapport among customers. In his own words, “We are a family oriented company. No employee or customer is just a number.” As a family man himself, Nia works hard to provide for his wife Courtney, and sons Xaiden and Grayson who are his pride and joy. When he is not at work or spending time with his family, he is investing in real estate or serving his community as a wrestling coach for students at Central Dauphin. Randy provided updates about arrival time and when he was delayed on another project, he told me Andonia would be doing my service instead. Andonia promptly called with his arrival time. He was very professional and gave me quotes of cost for approval before proceeding with repairs. He explained how to use the new opener and answered all my questions. Called at 8 am and had a service call same day between 10-12. Also called when 30 minutes out. Nia was my technician and was great. Very knowledgeable and nice. We had problems with setting up Q, but he wouldn’t give up and got it working. In and out in an hour.

Precision came to give me an estimate for a remote, but the system was obsolete. The technician Nia (?) was able to change out the system on the spot, showed us how it worked. He was extremely polite and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if needed (hopefully not for awhile)

I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly. He explained everything that was done and how to work everything. I am very pleased with the service and professional of Andonia. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Precision Garage came to give me an estimate on new garage door opener. Andonia was professional and gave me several options. Garage door needed repair and I contacted Precision for service appointment. Made contact at 11 am and service tech was there by 1:45pm. Inspected the door and opener, provided 3 service options to get the door returned to service. Clearly explained differences between the 3 options to help with my decision.
