Nia has been a professional carpenter since 2010 and even owned his own appliance delivery company from 2016 to 2019. He came to PDS with a wealth of knowledge under his belt and has only continued to grow since then. Not only does he have a great amount of expertise, but takes great pride in his personable approach and outstanding rapport among customers. In his own words, “We are a family oriented company. No employee or customer is just a number.” As a family man himself, Nia works hard to provide for his wife Courtney, and sons Xaiden and Grayson who are his pride and joy. When he is not at work or spending time with his family, he is investing in real estate or serving his community as a wrestling coach for students at Central Dauphin. Issue 1: House garage door bottom seal weather strip was loose and leaking air in the garage. Issue 2: Pole barn doors were allowing water to enter under the door to the inside. The commercial about "Getting it done" caught my attention and I was very happy with the companies response time and estimate.

Overall a great experience. It's so rare these days to have a repair service come out the same day you call and actually have the parts needed to do the job. The tech was fast and courteous. I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.

And he provided helpful guidance in my selection of a new garage door opener, a Liftmaster 87504 Garage Door Opener and in familiarizing me with how to operate it once he had installed it.
