The young man that came to our house -Nia was fantastic! He was very personable, very kind and explained everything to us! Randy provided updates about arrival time and when he was delayed on another project, he told me Andonia would be doing my service instead. Andonia promptly called with his arrival time. He was very professional and gave me quotes of cost for approval before proceeding with repairs. He explained how to use the new opener and answered all my questions. Called at 8 am and had a service call same day between 10-12. Also called when 30 minutes out. Nia was my technician and was great. Very knowledgeable and nice. We had problems with setting up Q, but he wouldn’t give up and got it working. In and out in an hour.

Precision came to give me an estimate for a remote, but the system was obsolete. The technician Nia (?) was able to change out the system on the spot, showed us how it worked. He was extremely polite and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if needed (hopefully not for awhile)

Called Precision for what I though was a faulty garage door opener. Turns out the spring on my garage door broke. I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly. He explained everything that was done and how to work everything. I am very pleased with the service and professional of Andonia. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Garage door needed repair and I contacted Precision for service appointment. Made contact at 11 am and service tech was there by 1:45pm. Inspected the door and opener, provided 3 service options to get the door returned to service. Clearly explained differences between the 3 options to help with my decision. Tech completed replacement of necessary items and all repairs within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the quality of work and interface with he service tech.
