Had an opener fail on a Sunday. I booked service on line and the technicians arrived early. We talked thru replacement options and ended up replacing both openers. Very friendly and efficient as both openers were replaced, operating and walk thru in about 90 minutes.

I needed a new spring. Neo, the Precision employee who provided the service, pointed out items with my motor that showed signs of age and weakness. Issue 1: House garage door bottom seal weather strip was loose and leaking air in the garage. Issue 2: Pole barn doors were allowing water to enter under the door to the inside. I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.
