I called Precision door after I backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track this morning. It had not finished opening but I saw only the outdoors in my rearview mirror. If I had been driving a small car instead of a truck, I wouldn't have hit it. We have used Precision Door in the past and been satisfied with their work. I was greatly relieved that a technician was able to come out this afternoon. He was able to get the door closed and was very good about explaining everything that needs to be replaced. He was very pleasant and professional.

Prompt, courteous and super efficient company. Same day service, no service call fee, offered several estimates and work was done on the spot. The two technicians were knowledgeable and easily repaired our door, in what I felt, was record time.

John was prompt and courteous. He told me what needed to be fixed and presented me with three options. He didn't pressure me to do any of the options that he presented. I told him what I wanted done and he completed the job in about an hour. I will definitely call Precision again when I have an issue.

Precision came to give me an estimate for a remote, but the system was obsolete. The technician Nia (?) was able to change out the system on the spot, showed us how it worked. He was extremely polite and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if needed (hopefully not for awhile)

They charged me $395 for a back up battery and 1/2 hour of the technicians time. The battery runs $36, I feel taken advantage of and wonder if I was a man would it have been the same

I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!
